This is the most quaint, beautifully decorated hotel in all of St. Pete! Highly recommend!

The entrance, lobby, bar was great but the room was lacking for the price. Bathroom, even tho vintage, was not up to standards for a 3-star hotel. A/C was noisy and neighborhood activity at 3AM was startling. I would probably not stay here again.

maybe the best front porch in town. wonderful coffee shop with fantastic people behind the counter as well as great music to start the day.

I traveled with my teen daughter and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a super cute room (yes 3rd floor with no elevator so it was a pain but I was aware of this when I booked). The staff was super helpful and friendly. Location was excellent. Parking situation was easy (but a bit inconvenient to have to be let in and out on weekends). I would definitely recommend this place for couples or families with older teens. Not really ideal for young kiddos. Great location if you want to explore downtown St Pete for a couple days.

Loved staying at this eclectic hotel. The decor , ambiance , and history of this hotel truly make it fun to stay. The staff was amazing , the Scott (the bar) had great drinks and fun bartenders to keep the night going. We travel to St Pete all the time and will now make the Cordova Inn our home away from home . Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable.

lots of shopping and dining walkable

We were given a room on the second floor with no elevator and no one offered to assist with our luggage. We were offered a ground floor room but were concerned about noise since there was a bar on the first floor. The hotel is historic and we appreciated the decor however we had no drawers to store our clothing. We had to leave all our clothes on a couch. There was no daily housekeeping services to make up our room or bathroom. We had to leave our trash outside the door. In addition, we were charged a $30 per night "resort" fee but there were no amenities other than an outside parking spot. The location is great but we were very disappointed in the hotel and will not be staying there again on our next visit to St Petersburg.

Great stay! Unique front lobby, really Nice bed. Shower small for a big fella like myself.

Its quaintness

The Cordova Inn is right in the middle of Downtown St. Pete, a really great location and walking distance from a ton of bars, restaurants, museums and the new St. Pete Pier. It was extremely easy to check in and check out. There is a $30 daily hotel fee, but I knew that before booking this hotel. It's an old building, so don't expect this to be like staying at the Hilton or something with everything brand-new. I really didn't mind it, though. For the most part everything was very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Again, this is an old building, so it is not handicap friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

Staff was excellent! Joe, Grant and Bic were so helpful and kind! See you again.

Rated is so well mainly due to location and price. Can’t beat being downtown at that price but there were some major drawbacks: Old- carpet very old and gross Loud- this maybe any place downtown but windows had very little noise cancelling Ants- sugar ants in room Small bathroom- newer but very small Poor lighting Coffee not free Parking not free They forgot to give us new towels but they did have someone come after hours Half of the hotel has a view of a section 8 apartment like feet from the window. Other half has a nicer view. Overall we had a great stay and loved being able to walk everywhere in st Pete. I did not stay with my kids nor think this place was very kid friendly unless you only plan to sleep there but there are no tubs. Great place if you just need a landing spot to go explore all st Pete has to offer at a good price but make sure you are comfortable with the drawbacks.

I hate to be this person but, I really do t have anything good to say about this place. There were paper thin walls, I could hear our neighbors plain as day. The bathroom had ants. There was no staff when we arrived, they left at 6pm. No coffee in the room and, matter of fact, one of the coffee pods that I guess you’re supposed to take downstairs?? Had a hole in it. The window unit AC was SO loud I left the room to go and get earplugs. The room did not seem sanitized. There’s no elevator, it is only 3 stories though so that wasn’t that bad. But with all of our bags it wasn’t great. The floor was uneven and weird with dents in it. Omg, and the bathroom was so small, I had to suck it in just to get into the shower!! I mean like a box with a toilet and shower. It was just not a great experience at all to be honest. Won’t be staying there again.

I wish Parking was part of the deal. Great location . Very clean. We had a good time

Nice decor, excellent location. Room was comfortable but bedsheets had a few obvious stains.

The location is good and that’s about it. In need of a complete renovation. Would not recommend.

A classic old hotel in the middle of town. A great find.

James, we are very saddened to hear about this. Here at the Cordova Inn, we do strive to ensure our guest has all the info to keep them comfortable while staying with us. At times I wish I had the ability to simply hush the world up for my guest as this is the service, we pride ourselves in. We are truly sorry for your less-than-exceptional stay. We are a boutique hotel and historic is not for everyone. We hope you'll give us another shot.

We are saddened to hear about your less than exceptional experience. In light of COVID-19 and consideration of the environment, we do not offer daily housekeeping services. Rooms are serviced after every check-out and we are fully equipped at the front desk to assist with toiletries (soaps, k-cups, coffee cups, etc) as needed. This information was provided upon check-in. Our Hotel Service fee is an umbrella term that covers a few different items available for the guest's comfort. Most of this information is listed on the online travel agency's website. We do hope you give us another chance! Our company is currently working on our expansion which will have more modern amenities. Thank you for your feedback and we loved having you stay with us.
