Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and they encouraged you to take to-go bags, and hotel was central to the area. Only down side, was the shower took at least 10-15 minutes to warm up enough just to be able to shower in.

The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was also amazing with special gratitude to Danny at the front desk. He went above and beyond to get us anything we needed (cookies). The staff at the breakfast area were also very helpful and friendly. They even let us get some things before they were actually open for breakfast because of the early flight that my wife and I had. To place is perfect for a family vacation and lots of places within walking distance. If I’m ever back there again I will definitely stay there! Thanks Randy.

This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. Front desk staff greeted us every time we came through the front door. Breakfast staff was fantastic… friendly and was always asking if we needed anything.. pool was clean… lobby , rooms and exterior were very inviting!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dunedin area.

The breakfast was excellent as well as the service and friendliness of all workers. The only problem was the Friday and Saturday night noise level from the bar/band next door. It was very loud and prevented my husband from sleeping. It finally got quiet after 11:00 pm.
