We just got back from a 7 night stay and we had a fantastic time! We were there to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The staff was incredible and really went out of there way to get us a room with a walkout patio (I mistakenly thought when I booked that this was the room style we would get - the walkout, but even though I was wrong, the staff made it happen for us!!). And they surprised us with a little anniversary note and gift!! It was so special and was definitely above and beyond! The resort and rooms are very clean (which is a huge deal for us) and well maintained. There had been high winds the days before we arrived which left a lot of seaweed on the beach - which is rare from what I have read - but the resort obviously cannot help that from happening. There was a worker out on the beach each morning raking the seaweed back into the sea, which helped, and is all we could ask for. We walked into town nearly each day and never felt unsafe. My only “problem” with walking into town was the stray animal population because it was just so sad to see dogs and cats so skinny and with their rib cages showing. I started buying dog food each day from the market and would feed the poor dog that had a bad back leg and was so emaciated looking. Other than that part, the walk into town was easy and quick. We ate at the restaurants in town all nights but two of them. Those two nights we ate at Sunset Cafe and it was good. We highly recommend GCBC!

The location is spectacular; the room was basically on the beach. The room and service was adequate. Not being able to purchase a bottle of water from reception was surprising.
Everyone at the Grand Case Resort from the front desk to the sports department and of course the service at the restaurant made us feel like home. I would highly recommend the Grand Case Resort. I will return!!😊
Such a beautifully private oasis. We absolutely loved every bit of our experience! Sunset Cafe was nothing short of perfection to make it the ultimate experience. Between the service, the food, the amazing views and the convenience of it all, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definetly be back!
