We have stayed at this hotel in the past since we gave family in the area. The hotel is in a nice area and conveniently located for us however it is in need of an update. The rooms look dirty, have torn carpet, and outdated furnishings. The staff is kind and are helpful with any requests we have had.

The room door would not lock and maintenance came out to work on it and still did not lock. There is no ICE machines in the hotel??? We had not hot water both days we were there, the lady at the desk said OH and never apologized or offered a course of action. Breakfast is a C-, very generic, coffee was gone! Staff is friendly, hotel is nice and location is great, just need to pay attention to the deails that make the most sense.
