I purchased my room via Orbitz, and was offered early check-in two days ahead of our stay. I did so, only to arrive two hours after our planned check-in time to find no room available. The front desk attendant had to hastily prepare a room, but when we arrived at the room, we found the previous occupants dirty towels on the bathroom floor, no fresh linens for ourselves, a bed that I am quite sure had not been changed and a shower drain that would not allow water to drain during use. If a hotel is going to be understaffed, it seems they should not be able to collect the full rate as if they were. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby for our room, only two find a dirty room not ready, requiring us to make trips back to the lobby to pick up clean towels and a set of sheets and blankets for the pull out bed. Very disappointing.

I booked the room thinking it was close to where the event I was attending was. Sadly, I was about an 1 he away but the hotel personnel were nice enough to allow me to change my reservation somewhere closer. Thank you for being understanding!

(At 11:25pm) this morning I asked if the could please make sure that it got done and the head housekeeper argued with me for 13 minutes on how she has checked it every day before heading home yet each and every night the front receptionist has come over to help me with towels and vacuuming. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott hotel the staff is unprofessional extremely unfriendly and to top it off dirty I would not stay nor ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I have sent an email to the GM and Marriott and hope to hear back from them with a satisfactory answer. This whole experience has been vary disappointing. What a damper on our yearly family vacation.

The King suite was very very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was good too. Staff were very kind and helpful.

We checked in late on Friday night and check in was quick and efficient. The room was beautiful and very well laid out. Our only complaint the entire stay was that the bed is so hard that you woke up sore/headache and that you can hear everything from the floor above. We had a family with many small children the floor above us and all we heard all night was the running of feet up and down the hallway and around the room - was annoying! The best thing about the stay was 1. location - lots of restaurants, shopping and close to everything. 2. Breakfast!!! Best breakfast that we have ever had at a hotel. My daughter is gluten sensitive and there were plenty of choices for her to eat! I have never seen a waffle bar - make your own waffle with fresh blueberries, strawberries, whipped creme, caramel, chocolate and more. So good!!!! Then next to the eggs - all kind of toppings (shredded cheese, salsa, jalapeños, green onions) and even sour creme to go on the fried potato wedges. This was just a part of the offerings outside of all the pastries, cereals, an oatmeal bar (again - tons of toppings for your oatmeal!) hard boiled eggs, and a yogurt parfait bar with toppings. Too much to choose from!! All the food was fresh and restocked constantly! Just amazing! We have found our new hotel to stay at every time we go to St. Louis area!!! Thanks Residence Inn for an amazing stay!

Wierd room set up and beds are hard but breakfast was better than cold cereal...

This Hotel was very clean and spacious. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I have bragged on how well the bed felt. I have never slept in another Hotel that their bed's were this comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful night sleep.

great hotel for a weekend get away!
