This is a very nice home near the ocean, you can see the ocean and sunrise from the master suite bed. It is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or a family vocation. This property is on a very peaceful island south of Saint Augustine that is surrounded by water, an excellent location for fishing/surfing/boarding/ etc. Not to mention a semi-private beach is a very short walk. Saint Augustine is not that far away.
There house has 3 bedrooms, it is comfortable for a group of 6-7. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen, 1 day bed (in the same room that had a queen bed). One of the couch downstairs can be pulled out as a queen bed as well.
There backyard is roomy, with many edible plants and fruit trees such as papaya and banana.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Great house, close to beach, amazing porch!

Amazing home with a lot of character. Very well appointed. Great kitchen with open design, luxurious master bath, and amazing full width front balcony to enjoy. Only surprise was that the beach was not at the end of the street, that is all rocks. The public beach is about another 200 yards north. What more than made up for that was all the stuff in the garage; bikes, surfboards, chairs, boogie boards and kites were available to use. Backyard is nice, has a cool variety of fruits. Could use a new grill.
