Stains on bed skirt, bill was closed when we wanted food,no room service or food after, hard to get in with key fob

Nothing fancy but other than a couple hairs in the tub it was clean and everything worked.

The hotel is old but they were making renovations so that was good. Workers on roof noisy until sundown. Requested early check in and room was ready but facing the interstate, traffic noise was unbearable. Druid (Dru) The front desk attendant, was nice and accommodating changing my room to a courtyard side room I asked for non smoking rm and I honestly didn’t smell signs of smoke but upon returning home, all my clothes reeked of smoke. Access to the hotel is tricky. Once you’re on road (US 16) if you go to restaurants or shopping north of hotel to get back south, towards the hotel - you have to drive past the hotel - go under I-95, do a U-turn. Beds were clean, room was adequate for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

it was a great place for an overnight stay. I was evacuating from South florida and the Hurricane. check in was fast and easy as i had a reservation. Room was clean and everything worked well. No problems, i would stay again.

Checking in there was a gentleman at the desk with the personality of an amoeba. He also needs to be schooled in ADA (american with disabilities act) as it pertains to service animals. Other than this it was a pleasant stay. Hottel is adjacent to a Dennys which was covenient, also 10 percent discount to hotel guests. Pool was clean and so was the room. Bed was comfortable.

Barking dogs kept us up and again woke us up at 6 am. Hotel refunded us $30. Hotel was not as nice as I expected but still ok. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was wonderful. Enjoyed it. However as we sat out by the pool we noticed a room upstairs being used for prostitution. We watched as men came and went in and out for hours. Problems

Would have been nice to have a continental. 10% off IHOP adds to the price of hotel.

Everything near by including downtown 15 min away outlets 2min away :)

Room was renovated. Had some sugar ants and a dead roach. Someone had left a walking cane and it was never removed from the room. We reported bathroom issues and they were fixed immediately. AC made lots of strange noises but cooled room very well.

There were bloody boogers on the wall. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a dusty presence in the air.

This hotel had reasonable rates and was close enough to what I wanted to see. It was not fancy but comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel is located right off of I-95 and only about a 15 minute drive to all the attractions in St Augustine. There is an Ihop in the hotel and close to the outlets for shopping. The room was clean. The bathroom was a little small, but great price for someplace just to sleep. This hotel is also smoker and pet friendly. We had a king smoking room but would have liked more than 1 ashtray. The Wifi was easy to connect to and had good speed.

It was a good enough hotel, comfy beds, nice rooms.

Nice clean room . Perfect and convenient location. Will stay again and recommend to friends

Located just over I95, good for stayin short trips

We checked in on Sat. afternoon, no issues. Sunday morning wife and I went to hotel lobby to wait for IHop to open (6a) While waiting, we was looking at the travel guides for the area. We was there for 3 nights total. We was rudely told that we had to leave, the hotel lobby was not open til 6a. Mind you we was there just a few mins. before 6a. The front doors was unlocked and the lobby was well lit (all lights turned on). No lobby hours posted though IHop hours was posted on the front door. The hotel should have 1 Doors locked 2 Lobby hours posted on doors 3 Lobby lights other than behind desk turned off 4 Be polite about informing guests. 5 5 or 6 mins before 6a, should allow guest to remain. Unless causing a disturbance I would have given a 3 star rating except for the rudeness we experienced.. The rooms of course are dated as is the hotel and IHop. But it was as we expected. Beds was comfortable and cleaning staff was polite and friendly. We would consider coming back to this hotel if not for our fist mornings experience. Too many other hotels in same areas to stay at.

OK, you are getting what you pay for. Nothing special, but satisfactory for the price.

We needed a last minute, pet friendly hotel and this hotel fit the bill at a reasonable cost.

Hotel was great with restaurant on premises verry freindly and clean

Easy location off the interstate, clean room, ihop had a great breakfast and the pool was crystal clear.

Our team aims to provide a positive experience for each of our guests but it seems we missed the mark during your stay, and for that, we apologize. Although our restaurant was already closed for the evening, our front desk team is more than happy to recommend local establishments that deliver. We also apologize if you encountered issues with your room key; again, our front desk team can assist so please reach out to them next time. Housekeeping has been notified of your bed skirt. Given another chance, our team knows a better experience can be delivered.

Thank you for the valuable comments about your recent stay. Although you received fabulous customer service from our front desk attendant, we are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations. This is not typical of our hotel, and we will use your constructive feedback to improve upon our guest accommodations. It would be an honor to be given another opportunity to deliver the experience you expected during your stay. We hope you come back to visit once our renovations are completed.
