I was not completely satisfied with the room at all; however, the receptionist/owner was friendly. If I could add one thing, it would be to please have housekeeping do a thorough cleaning of the room and fix the door so you don't have to slam it to lock it

I only come this hotel for my brother Imran who is the manager of the hotel. He is the finest person ever existed. The hotel extremely very clean and very beautiful. Wayne he is the nicest manager and very friendly. Hotel very safe and clean then any other hotel surrounded in the Saint Augustine. I was so tired I dropped my wallet near the office Imran came to my room knock ...I didn't answer . Left a note letting me no to come see him at the desk. I highly recommend this hotel for your family, friends, business.

We have been here for the last 3 years. Enjoy staying here because of the outlet mall, attached IHOP and the pool. We did not get to use the pool because of maintenance, but we realize it had to be done and it was cloudy and rainy anyway😬

I liked the ease of finding fuel and the outlet mall is one building down. I was awakened at 2am by water pour into the bathroom through the fan vent. I reported it to the front desk, he investigated, and moved me to another room.

Room was in need of some minor repairs and matainence but everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The attached IHOP was also very convenient and the staff there was wonderful as well.

I just wanted to say that I had the best experience ever I never stay a hotel that is so beautiful and so clean as this hotel.
