Terrible experience and the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one was because Winston did his best to help alleviate the situation. First, the television didn’t work and desipige multiple attempts to get it fixed it wouldn’t connect to live tv. We ended up telling the desk to not even worry about it. Second, the toilet was broken and clogged when we arrived. Had to get Winston to unclog it. The appearance was decrepit with paint peeling and a smell of must. Would not stay here again.

Place was under construction/destruction. No noise insulation. I heard the person in the next room cough for hours. No notice that weight room and other “amenities” were not functional. Staff could have cared less. Spark is no longer an option for me.

We'll start at the front desk, took forever to get someone to come to the desk. once we checked in went upstairs and there's a gaping hole covered by painters plastic right at our room. which is on the second floor and I am in a wheelchair. that does not make sense to me

Be aware that this hotel is under construction and the fitness center is temporarily closed. You should also know that their “highly rated” breakfast buffet is really just a continental “bagel bar.” There is no coffee maker in the rooms, just a fridge. Other than those things, the stay was fine and the refurbished rooms are very nice.

Room was fine. Only concern was when we arrived there was no one at the desk. We waited about 15 minutes, rang the bell multiple times, called the local phone number multiple times and nothing. Eventually a guy came out and he wasn't very friendly and definitely not apologetic. If we hadn't pre-paid, we would have left.

The room was not cleaned throughly before we arrived- there was a sock as well as other “personal items” left behind from the previous stay in addition to hair in the shower. The set-up of our “suite” did not allow for the bedroom door to be open and allow access to the bathroom - very frustrating. The fold out couch did not have any sheets and in the closet there was a “blanket” that looked more like a mattress protector. Lastly, the “breakfast buffet” that is stated as an amenity (one of the reasons I picked this hotel) was only bagels and fruit. The hotel is close to 95, so my expectations were not super high - but this was terrible.
