Nice big parking lot. Walkable to a very nice Restaurant. The mall and other dining options within a driving mile. Nice and clean with a big refrigerator and microwave.

Let start with the bed was comfortable!! That is my highest priority. However, the room had a very bad smell the whole time we were there. The kitchenette was nice, but you have to bring your own everything. They didnt even have a fork or spoon. It was completely unusable unless we bought all the pots and pans, plates and such. The hall way was completely nuts. People were having a party all night. Throwing food, yellling, slamming doors, bouncing balls down the hall. We will not stay here again.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Property doesn't have ice machines, free breakfast and only one luggage cart which I never found. Staff let me borrow a hand truck for my cooler box. Bathroom wall and ceiling had unfinished patches. Probably won't stay at a "My Place" again.

Never again. I hate the way the property smells and the staff is horrible.
Except for one evening when we were swapping out towels. No service of room or place to put garbage. The front desk staff were unpleasant and could offer better information when rooms are not being serviced. Strange smell in room, like “old food”, couldn’t get rid of the small… opened window often for relief. Property staffer were not happy we booked through Orbitz. However My Place’s website was $168 more expensive for the 5 days we stayed. Will stay at one of the many other options in the future. This property is not as nice as some of the others and needs maintenance.

Is it strange to anyone else that there is a full sized kitchen but it you want to cook anything you have to BUY your own dishes, silverware, cups etc from the hotel store? Hotel was fine...not great...but fine.
the rooms have a smoke alarm that has a stobe like light that goes off every 15 seconds . Not pleasurable at all in tryin gto sleep!
The room was fine, but this particular property is *yards* away from an interstate, and it was so loud. I'd stay at another My Place given what they offer--inexpensive, no-frills rooms with kitchens--but I wouldn't stay at this one again.
The good: The front desk clerk at check-in was quite nice and professional. The bad: Upon entering, the room gave an aura of being unclean, though that opinion is subjective. It was not clean as a whistle for certain, but something suspicious was there. I quickly sanitized all surfaces. The recliner was a bit of a mess, torn fabric (fake leather) at the head position, the wall behind sporting several indentations. And the cover to the air con broken off and just laying there. All, no doubt, the compliments of some previous guest, but still. The room had the aroma of old gym socks that wouldn't go away and seems to be permanent. Nice! The TV worked with some effort. Best of all, WiFi that is useless and doesn't work at all! The front desk agent couldn't help, other than saying that the ISP was coming to fix things a few days down the road. She had obviously been through this routine many times. I gave up. Anyway, I wish I could get those 16 hours of my life back.
Good basic extended stay hotel.
It was a nice clean room and had almost a full kitchen. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work and the blinking light from the carbon monoxide detector was annoying at night. Didn't like that we were right next door to Housekeeping because that door slammed shut several times every morning and made it hard to sleep. Also had noise people above us that woke us up every morning at 5 am. If I stay there again i would stay on the top floor and away from Housekeeping.
