Friendly front desk. Only one towel in the room and one water. A bit noisy.

AC thermostat in room had no actual effect on the temperature in the room. Elevator made a loud groaning sound. Equipment in exercise room was broken.

Restaurant right next door, free shuttle to airport, clean quite room, and great mattress. We slept like babies. Hamburger we jad at restaurant was juicy, hot and really great tasting. You do have to pay for parking, so we dropped off rental car and got shuttle back to hotel.

Likes the shuttle. It was close to the airport which was also good.

Proxinity to airport was great. The night staff were good, but when i checked in one of the staff cane out front while still getting his shirt on.

Did not like paying for parking, not listed obviously by Orbitz. The breakfast buffet is no different than many hotels with complimentary breakfast, but Red Lion charges a goodly sum for it. The type of room I reserved was not available (king bed). What we received was a room with two double beds. Not good. Next day we wanted to check out for another hotel, they weren't going to let me check out without a fee. Fortunately, Orbitz came to the rescue and worked it out.

Quiet rooms. Fantastic hot water. You can open a window and get air. The in room HVAC system is quiet. Newly appointed an updated facility. Fantastic for the professional traveler

Did not like that the hotel style breakfast buffet was not free

It was rundown, dirty, stained carpets, chipped paint, carpet pulling away from wall, etc. Was not comforting or inviting just sad and a tad scary.

While the hotel was great to stay in, you have to go next door to Gregory’s grill for food or a beverage. The place closed it’s doors before 9 pm.

We ended up making reservations less then 24 hours advanced noticed but had a family emergency and couldn't make it to Seattle. We tried to cancel as soon as we could. They would not help in any way. They wanted to charge us full price still and would only allow us to reschedule at a $50 charge. They have AWFUL customer service and terrible attitudes. When we finally did make it to town we drove by the place and it was a very old looking hotel with much better hotels around. We ended up staying a Hilton Gardens Seattle Airport just down the street the very next day and it was the same price and it was a brand new hotel with excellent service and a top notch breakfast.

Close enough to airport to walk over and back!! Coffee even ay 3am

Very close to the Sea-Tac Airport. There always a shuttle bus waiting outside the lobby. Room is very spacious.

The friendly atmosphere of all the staff. It was a pleasure to stay and I look forward to staying again next time I need to stay at the airport.

No hot water... and had to wait out side when returning to the hotel for some emergency or maintenance problem to be resolved... Then there was no hot water until after 5 pm the next day... I had free coupons for breakfast, but the restaurant was closed... and finally the hotel billed me twice for the room.
