Very nice property, with modern amenities, good lighting etc. Staff was helpful and willing to allow me to delay checkout by one hour. My one complaint was the fitness room. There was no water fountain nearby or water in the room and it was very warm with no ability to adjust the temperature.

The staff was absolutely friendly and amazing. The hotel was very convenient to the location we needed to go. The room was clean and had good amenities. My only complaint is the tub did not drain very well. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.
We discovered about 25 ladybugs living in our room. When I mentioned it to the lady at the desk she just said they had probably come inside due to the cold. It’s ridiculous to pay $$ for a room filled with bugs.
I reserved this hotel for my parents and they had a great stay. Everything was very clean and up to their standards. They would like to go back and stay at this specific hotel. They also mentioned the location was really great and convenient to the highway to Cumberland Falls which is what they wanted to see

We stopped here on our way back to Michigan from Florida. Hotel is right off the freeway which is nice. There are several places to eat right around the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was Great. Lots to choose from. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

We were traveling to North Carolina and needed a good place to stay overnight. The staff was very hospitable and efficient. The breakfast was good and staff kept items stocked very well. I would definitely stay there again.

The service was good, The breakfast was complete. We were right in the middle of all are planned activities. Room was clean, my daughters allergies were not an issue, which is half the battle.
The hotel is clean and they are working on updating everything. The guy who checked us in was very nice and professional-looking. He helped us carry our luggage upstairs since they were working on the elevator that night. Our room had been recently updated. They could use some more work on the bath tubs - the non-slip grips on the bottom were a little dingy looking - but the room itself was nice. We stayed in the CSX kids suite and the kids LOVED it. We liked that it was a separate room with a door we could close between us if needed. Breakfast was standard fare - the kids thought the automatic pancake maker was cool. Overall a good stay.
WE STAYED HERE ON THE WAY DOWN TO TENNESSEE, SO ALL WE DID WAS SLEEP HERE, BUT WE HAD A TOTAL OF 5 PEOPLE AND THE ROOM WAS PLENTY BIG ENOUGH FOR ALL OF US. THEY EVEN HAD A COUCH THAT PULLED OUT INTO A BED AND THEY EVEN HAD ALL OF THE EXTRA BLANKETS THERE TO PUT ON IT. GREAT FOR THE KIDS!!
