Great property that is starting to get "tired" - needs some updating - facelift. But still a top option on Singer Island FL!

The one bedroom suites are drop dead gorgeous

I didnt like the high priced parking.......Paying $30 a day for parking and resort fees was ridiculous

Everything about our stay was perfect!

Check in was 3 hours late. The bathrooms in the lobby were dirty. We had two small children so waiting in the lobby for 3 hours was not a good experience. We were told we would be compensated but they only offered $100 resort credit. We spent more than that in the one restaurant open after 4. The pocket doors in the room would lock automatically when shut. We called maintenance and they never showed up. We eventually figured out how to unlock ourselves with a credit card. The toilet in the room would barely flush. They bars and restaurants would close early leaving only the expensive restaurant as the only option after 4pm. We couldn’t even order food at the pool. The service was sub par, our tickets were frequently wrong adding extra expenses we didn’t order. Overall it was a poor experience.

This a nice property on the northern part of Singer Island. Clean, great staff. The desk staff was pretty friendly, housekeeping was incredible, valet was great, and the in room dining people were nice as well. Great pool area, and easy access to the beach as well, with chairs and umbrella provided by the hotel. The restaurant downstairs is nice as well. The elevator area can get very backed up at peak times, which isn’t always fun when you want to get back to your room, but the elevators themselves are fast and efficient. I also wish I didn’t have to valet my car every time I went in and out of the hotel- this adds up. There is also a daily ‘resort fee’ that I was unaware of, that you pay whether you use the amenities or not. So take advantage of it, because you’re paying for it regardless. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Amenities outside like the fire pits did not work and the outside furniture was a little run down. Overall a good place to relax by the sea.

Only valet parking was available and it was quite expensive. Internet charge was also quite expensive. On the last night, the bartender at the restaurant was extremely rude and slow. Will not be going back.

The resort is beautiful! It rivals the all inclusive resorts that’s I’ve stayed in outside of the country. Food was good on site, pools were beautiful, and suites were very pretty and comfortable.

Disappointed with the stay. Everything cost money even if you don’t used it. Self parking way Over charged $32 per night. No independent for going in and out, where other places you can take your car in and out anytime.

Check in was at 4 pm we got there at 4:15 pm and we where not able to check in till after 5 pm. Due to COVID-19 we had to wait in our car. Also no room service available.

Like the stay but they don’t tell you about the resort fee is taken out of the 200 hold they put on your card or the parking is 25.00 a day.

Excellent conditions, very well maintain , very friendly staff

Nice location but because of Covid concerns there was limited amenties. For example on the resaturant menu there was only two entres. The pool was by appointment only and just a few lounge chairs. Housekeeping only came every few days.

Dear Tanya, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you felt our parking team were to expensive. We recently completed a survey of parking fee charged at other resorts and we are in line or less expensive then other resorts. Our parking is also more affordable and secure then many of the public parking options in the area.
