Deluxe condominiums for residents 55 and older are available for your winter getaway or summer vacation. Located on Singer Island, Palm Beach County's tropical island resort, these condos feature: two bedrooms, two baths, a secluded private pool, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen with all appliances, washer/dryer, wall to wall carpeting and Mexican tile throughout. There is an additional $500 refundable deposit which must be collected on or before booking this rental.

The grounds are lavishly landscaped and just steps from the nearest beach. Singer Island is famous for its wide sandy beaches that many consider to be the most beautiful in Florida. Here the warm waters of the Gulfstream, combined with the prevailing trade winds, guarantee an ideal climate year 'round for this vacationer's paradise.
