    great location beautiful view

    very nice condo for 2 to 4 people..great location and the view is very pretty..pools are very nice and the security is wonderful..gated community. Delphine was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our concerns in a very timely manner.

    Alas, St. Maarten has not recovered from the Hurricane and this condo and the property needs some tlc and maintenance. However, the location is great for getting to the various restaurants and things to do in Simpson Bay. The views from the decks are lovely, day and night.

    Totally renovated and updated property. Any issues we had with electricity and internet were immediately addressed by Delphine. The location was perfect. Felt very safe as security was 24/7. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Kim Sha beach.
