I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this Hilton resort is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The front desk staff were beyond rude, dismissive, and had absolutely no sense of customer service. We arrived at 3:30 PM and our room wasn’t even ready, so we had to leave our bags and go elsewhere while they scrambled to prepare it. To make matters worse, when we asked for a late checkout, they flat-out refused. Their policy is check-in at 4:00 PM and checkout at 10:00 AM — which is outrageous and makes no sense. I’ve never seen a hotel push guests out so early. This place ruined the Hilton name for me. I would never come back here, and I strongly warn others to stay far away from this resort.

Attentive & friendly staff! No airport shuttle, but they got me a taxi quickly. Beach was nice, seems family friendly. Room was spacious had lots of amenities and US electric outlets. Grounds are well kept.

The staff, all the staff were amazing however the staff at restaurant were all very friendly and polite, I think the guy’s name was (SHAK) he gave exceptional service everyday! The house keepers were efficient, front desk were helpful and friendly as well.
