I am very disappointed with this Hilton property this isn’t what is looks like what you see in photos isn’t what is there the pool is small the water was so rough I had to take a cab to the other side of the island to a different location to swim. Rooms were dirty tons of sand on the floor. Towels had stains on them outdoor patio was dirty. I would not stay at this location again.this is Sad cause I do like the Hilton properties.

If you’re not Black or White, forget it—the service is awful. The staff we encountered always seemed annoyed, like we were an inconvenience to them. But when they saw Black or White guests, suddenly it was all smiles. We prepaid for breakfast, and my husband—who is one of the calmest people you’ll ever meet—waited almost an hour while the server blatantly ignored him. They kept taking orders from people who had just walked in while my husband sat there the whole time. He finally had to get upset before anyone acknowledged him. Instead of apologizing, the staff were defensive and argumentative. For my husband to get that upset, you must have done something truly awful. That was only our third day, and after that incident, we completely stopped eating the breakfast we had already paid for. That says a lot. Hospitality is not hard: a warm smile, a friendly tone, and basic fairness go a long way. When we stayed just one night in Anguilla, the kindness of the staff made a huge impact on our trip. That’s the difference. If you want guests to return, train your staff properly. Treating people like royalty isn’t always necessary, but treating every guest with respect and friendliness is the bare minimum.

Loved the safety, cleanliness, and the staff at Flamingo Beach. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t an adult only area and children were allowed to behave however they wanted in the pool area, which most times led to anyone else trying to enjoy the pool area leaving. Parents weren’t held responsible and we were hit by flying balls and other toys on multiple occasions.

My husband, daughter and I spent one night here before heading back home. It was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property over others in Simpson Bay. We also spent 5 nights at the Simpson Bay Resort, and Hilton is way superior. Nestalain at the Front Desk was very corteous and very helpful!! We had the best lattes during breakfast! Hot tub is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Flamingo, first time was in 2017 just before Irma hit the island. Although the rooms were tired and outdated then, the staff were amazing....super friendly and always happy to assist. This time, rooms were updated and modern but lacked a welcoming feeling. In the main living area of the King 1 bedroom suite we had, there was a lot of wasted space while the bedroom and bathroom were cramped. There were no throw cushions on the sofa and chairs in the living area which made it difficult to relax comfortably and watch TV or even just sit and chat. The shower in the bathroom was big but the towel rail was on the opposite side of the room which didn't make any sense as did the positioning of the TP holder....you had to twist around to reach it which was awkward and almost impossible if you are less flexible. Finally, the balcony was small for the size of the suite and again, had no seat cushions. There was also a chaise lounge which would be better replaced with a sun lounger (I would say 2 but there just isn't the space!) for those days when you just don't want to go to the beach. The property itself is well kept but the staff are not very friendly and have a poor attitude to the guests...this is supposed to be the friendly island afterall! The Flamingo did not live up to the expectations that are associated with the Hilton name so we would have to recommend Simpson Bay Resorts over this hotel without a doubt (stayed there twice)

Properly had everything you need whether you are solo or a family. Staff is hardworking and friendly. Love that it has its own beach. Food is great and we had such fun at karaoke . Aqua aerobics is a definite plus. Have been coming for my bday for almost 40 years and never been disappointed!

I love the hotel location. Stayed at the hotel before Irma and after the rebuild. There are restaurants nearby. The beds are FIRM. Takes getting used to them especially if you are used to sleeping on a PLUSH bed.

One bedroom ocean front room was absolutely amazing!! So much room and great balcony. Beach was beautiful with no trouble getting chairs and umbrella. The towel rack in the bathroom in our room would have made more sense if it was by the shower instead of across the room. We did not get our room until almost 5:00 pm which was a bit frustrating. The Pelican restaurant breakfast Buffett is not worth the money. Not much food and what was there was cold and birds were on top of the pans. But would definitely stay here again for the great price, room and beach!

The proximity to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the area is perfect, as well as having the beach right in front of you can't be beat. The hotel staff from the bartenders, grounds crew and maintenance workers were professional and helpful as well.
