Everything was wonderful but the house keeping. When asked for service they did a very poor job. They didn’t change the sheets and didn’t replace all of the towels. They also left food service trays in the hallway for two days. The rest of the staff was very nice and the pool and live music was great! Just wish the cleaning staff did a better job.

We had a wonderful stay at the Morgan. The staff at the hotel was welcoming and helpful starting with our transport driver Mr. Ravi, a very nice young man, he drove us back and forth to the airport and gave us a history of the Island. Ms. Madeline the housekeeper made our room spotless and comfortable, they both deserve 5 stars.

The staff makes or breaks any hotel, and the staff at the Morgan are too-notch. Pleasant and happy to help you get whatever you need, they all combined to make us comfortable and we had a great stay. Highly recommend. Even though it is close to the airport, we never noticed the planes from the hotel, even in the pool area.
