Located in the heart of Pelican Key, a new small condominium complex (just 10 very family-friendly apartments) is available for rental year-round. Son Risa is located on a hillside close to beaches, casinos (Hollywood Casino), water sports, shopping, nightlife, fine dining and a ferry to neighboring islands. You can also enjoy the swimming pool just a few steps away. Surrounded by the most lucrative houses on the island, this Mediterranean-style building was designed to offer its visitors views of beautiful sunsets, blue water and a perfect place to relax. The overall richness of colors in the sky offers you the vibrancy of life while relaxing on the patio or poolside.
The decor and furnishings are designed to create a Saint-Martin ambiance with all accommodations making you feel at home. After your visit to 'Son Risa', you will be filled with memories of the sunsets, azure blue waters, sailing boats, cruise ships and postcard beaches that surround this beautiful island. One of the particularities of the island lies in its two cultures, French and Dutch, which welcome Americans and Europeans to the Caribbean.

Loved this property. The walk up the hill was intimidating at first but by day 2 we were used to it. Bigger than it looks in the photos. Fully stocked and the washer/dryer was such a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Risa. 

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Risa.  The condo was very nice and everything we needed was provided.  The location made it very easy to get around and accessible to lots of venues.  The security at the condo made us feel very safe. We will definitely keep your condo in mind for future visits. Tom

Wonderful place for a relaxing vacation!

the condo was great, very well equipped with everything you might need. It was beautifully decorated as well. the pool was very nice, the others staying were friendly, Pelican Key is a nice residential area off Simpson Bay road. It's rather hilly which gave great views, this made walking around the area very good exercise. It was convenient to airport, Mullet Bay beach and Phillipsburg. Right now the Dutch side is in much better shape then the French Side, I would recommend staying on the Dutch side now, even if you were on the French in the past. We would love to stay there again in the future!
