Great Location but Disappointed by Roach Problem The hotel is in a great location — close to local restaurants and just a short walk from Maho Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, my experience was overshadowed by an issue with cleanliness. On my first night in a room with a pool view, I noticed a roach on the balcony. I called the front desk, and to their credit, someone came promptly to clean it up. Unfortunately, I later found a second and then a third roach. At that point, I requested to move rooms, and the staff accommodated me right away. Still, the roach problem really ruined the experience for me. It also made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel, especially the kitchen where food is prepared. I would strongly recommend that management take pest control seriously and ensure regular spraying and cleaning. It’s a beautiful property in a great location, but this issue needs to be addressed immediately.

The property was nice, the pool is small, so if you’re used to big lively pools, this isn’t the place for you. The staff was very nice and the views were beautiful. The food was not great. We arrived around 2 and the options were limited and the buffet literally had nothing but salad and French fries left. The Asian restaurant was absolutely horrible. We wed up leaving eating off of the resort.

We stayed for a week celebrating our anniversary. The facility was clean and well organized. There was a variety of dining conveniently available throughout the resort. We safe and secure and we had the added benefit of plane spotting from the comfort of our balcony.

Staff was friendly for the most part. Kudos to Ashanti and front desk. The service on the property for facilities was horrendous. I’ve had air conditioning issues from my arrival and no one came to rectify. The room was extremely hot. I reported many times and no one showed up. I would never come back to this property.

The staffs were wonderful. They were very friendly, respectful, and ready to help. I had one of the best house keeper Lucie all ways smiling and make sure my room is very clean. The beach was very nice and clean specially the bar at the palms grill. Demien the best bartender, always smiling with customers, polite, joking, very respectful. I had a great time at the resort and I really enjoyed my Spa treatment 👍

Staff were friendly, food was decent and the swim up bar at the pool was a vibe. Didn’t like the open design of the shower, easy to set up the floors in the bathroom. But otherwise, the room was nice.
