We enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend. The space was great for our party of six in terms of seating and flow. Beds were very comfortable! Check-in/out were easy and reasonable. Quick, easy drive to downtown. Parking spot is tight for an SUV, but no issue. Electric bus went by frequently, too. There were a few minor maintenance issues that owner promised to address after our departure (lightbulbs out, broken kitchen utensils, loose stair tread). Hot tub was a bit soapy with a chemical ring, but we enjoyed it.

Everything went smoothly. Just a heads up, the chairs at the tables are missing a few screws making them fairly wobbly. Also the cleaners should came in around 7:00am to clean before our 11am check out. They apologized and left but was a bit of a scare. The house however was perfect for our needs and we had everything we needed and very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us :)

Great rooftop view close to activities
The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the off-street parking spot—while it’s a bit snug for larger vehicles, that’s pretty common in Seattle. The home is spread across three levels (plus a rooftop deck), so be prepared for a few flights of stairs. There’s a charming patio with a hot tub, and the rooftop deck offers plenty of seating and shade—perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with check-in, which we greatly appreciated. My only real critique is with the portable A/C units in the second-floor bedrooms. They’re designed to vent through a window, but the window style in those rooms doesn’t allow for proper ventilation. This means the units take up space and, if not vented outside, will blow hot air back into the room. If you’re visiting in summer, keep blinds closed during the day and make sure the units are vented through an open window when in use. The mini-split systems on the first and third floors, however, worked beautifully.Overall, a great stay in a well-kept property with thoughtful amenities and a helpful host.
