Outstanding experience! On time flight, friendly professional employees who created welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Highly competent great service skills, never hurried or bothered. Very well done! Because of my experience today, for all future flights, I’ll intentionally look for and go out of my way to fly Alaska Airlines, Unusual, positively distinct experience.

Very pleasant trip

Apr 22, 2018

Food was best I've ever had on a plane. Free movie choices made flight go very quickly.

Apr 16, 2018

We paid Delta for upgraded seats, which, in the past, included extras such as 1 free checked bag, alcoholic drinks, early boarding, etc. However at this trip, Tye 1st free checked bag is only offered if you apply for an outrageous delta credit card. :( The other less happy thing is that even when asked what beverages were available, tree attendant would only respond with"water and sofa". I felt awkward at having to explicitly ask if alcohol was even available, in order to get my bloody Mary. (Yes, it was only 8:30 am, but when u pay for an upgrade i like to enjoy the advantages)!
