Hotel 116, A Coast Hotel Bellevue

3.0 out of 5.0

Beds are horrible. Outlets were not secured in the wall and cave in when we tried to plug in things. Light switches were broken/smashed. Light bulbs were burnt out or pulsing.

Bed was visibly slumping. Pillows were hard and 8 inches thick.

I stayed here last year. Both times were excellent. Clean rooms, Excellent staff, wifi that works, and great breakfast. My only "complaint" is no bacon a the breakfast bar. Also to note great location. Easy to access from the freeway and easy access to Seattle via 405, I-90

The hotel touts that it was recently renovated. This shows from the outside only. Once your in the room, its clear that this is an old hotel with shabby work done by contractors when they replaced bathtub tile etc. The fixtures have probably been here since the hotel was built and it shows. This hotel was hugely overpriced for being in an area that offers very little in the way of eating establishments within walking distance. You would do much better staying in a lower end hotel surrounded by restaurants. DONT waste your money here.

I had just got back from Europe & had extreme jet lag. I loved how quick & friendly the front desk was. The bed was super comfortable which was great compared to what I slept on overseas. I also enjoyed the free breakfast, it was actually really good. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need to be updated. The plugin and light switch at the sink is at right angles to a square hole cut into the separating partition between the sink and the entrance. You can't plug a hair drier into it. Room next door was very noisey. At 2:30am the front desk finally got them quite. The next morning when checking out and discussing it they wanted to know if I wanted to go back to bed and have a late checkout!! REALLY!!

Hotel is old but staff is great. Rooms are ok. Breakfast area is nice and nice spread. Rooms can get some upgrade especially shifting wash area to bathroom,

Don't be fooled like we were by the picture of the entry way. This hotel is not good. How it got to 3.5 stars is simply amazing. Seriously it is one step up from the Motel 6. The room was dirty and dated, and the elevator even quit working while we were there. Coast Hotel folks, do not tell me that it is under construction and you're working to improve things. There is way too much to improve. I owe it to other travelers to tell them to find accomodations somewhere else.

I heard some other guests put off by age of the hotel (1970's by the color schemes in the lobby). But the room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Good TV, WiFi and hot breakfast. Very solid on the basics, and better value than nearby options.

nice and clean. good price. recommand to my friend.

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was standard. Hotel room had hairs from previous guest in bathroom and stained comforter/bedding. Wifi was honestly unusable. You're better off trying the chick fil a wifi from across the parking lot. Not suitable for business travel.

If you get a chance to get one, go for it. The room offers a living room downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. Very cool and allows for people to come into your room and not necessarily into your bedroom. Stairs are small and tight so I don't recommend this room for someone with knee issues.

OK. The front lobby staffs are nice. Room is not fancy but clean and serves its purpose.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the rapidly growing center of Bellevue but is a slightly older property from when this was a residential suburb. It has plenty of parking.

I wasn't expecting much but was surprisingly wowed, the staff had excellent customer service and the complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was really good too. The bed was really soft too. The only problem is the traffic getting to downtown and capitol hill.

This is an older hotel that has been minimally remodeled. The sink plug was stuck when I arrived so the water wouldn't drain, but someone came to fix it immediately. The shower head is also way too low. The bed was comfortable though, and the continental breakfast was fantastic.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff goes over and above to be helpful and polite. It is an older hotel in room design and decor. In room Wi Fi worked well, plenty of free parking and free breakfast. Can not say enough about how great the staff is. I wold stay again for the location and the staff.

Very good breakfast front desk girls are respectable, sincere and helpful

We brought three kids and the location was great! Thank you for the complimentary breakfast!!

Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. No noticeable noise. We would stay here again.
