We got a pass to park in their garage one of the two nights we stayed. When we go back from a concert they had no parking available for us that night and we had to park at another garage even tho we had paid for the parking the morning of. I would not stay here ever again
The room was built with heat pump in every unit and we were unable to get a good night sleep . We were woken every half hour because of the super noisy heat pump inside the room. We didn’t have a good time during the day exploring Bellevue city because we were sick and needed to sleep elsewhere during the day time. Our trip was double the cost for this special vacation.
The stay was lovely. Very close to the conference that was attended.
Everything was perfect except very tight parking for suv at night, only few spots and no other choices
Took a long time to check-in because computer system was not working. The shower was disgusting with mold and mildew along the bottom shower doors track.
Clean property and close to shopping
Very clean and staff were wonderful. My only suggestion would be to add signage on/near the elevators explaining that only one elevator goes to the parking garage.
Staff was very friendly
Could not have been more thrilled with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. The food was incredible at the restaurant. Nothing to complain about at all.
Parking was inconvenient. Hotel parking was full and reception could not recommend anything else or was not familiar with the area.
Keys were frequently troubleshooting.
I love staying at Hilton but breakfast should be included in some of the rooms

Staff was friendly. Parking is a bit overpriced, on account of there is free public parking nearby. In order to get into the parking garage you have to text a message to get in which took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge and open it. Overall stay was fine/mediocre.
