Always wonderful! My only complaint is the cost of the breakfast is $25 if you dont include it in the extras. That was the only surprise because the breakfast wasnt really that great and def only eorth $11 which is the discounted price through Expedia.

This was honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, clean, and incredibly accommodating. The staff truly went above and beyond for us. I asked to move to an upstairs room due to noise, and they made it happen immediately. They even walked to my room late at night to bring new keys and helped move us through several rooms until we found the perfect one. I spoke with three different guest service staff members, and every single one of them was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I especially want to shout out Saweeta (and I believe Sameeda — apologies if I misspelled!) they were absolutely amazing and so sweet. You can really tell this team puts their guests first. Check-in was quick and easy, the hotel was very clean, and even the housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so taken care of. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
