I recently stayed here for a large conference. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds. Staff sent us to the very tiny and full parking garage instead of overflow parking, and it was quite stressful to drive around looking for a space at 10 at night. The next morning, the dining room was only staffed with 2 people who were there to seat and serve patrons, and we had to wait 10 minutes both to be seated (although there were tables), and again to pay. It made us late for our conference.

The service was friendly and efficient. The Hotel was well appointed and very pleasant. The location was optimal for shopping the premium stores like Prada and Neiman and very convenient to the convention center! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed 2 nights. 2 queen beds. Had 2 of our children with us. They enjoyed the pool!

Checking in: I didn't see the attendants eyes until they were handing me my keys... very melancholy attitudes. The room: Our room wasn't fully cleaned; found dirty silverware next to the bed. The bathrooms do NOT have fans; something to think about with using the potty and shower if you're in a hurry. The bed was so soft that my back was killing me in the morning. To pool: decent but small with towels available that were not crunchy like other hotels. No spa or steam room. Open until 11pm!!! Parking: $18/night + taxes = ~$35/night. All of the 'check-in' parking spots are marked for 'compact' cars... good luck with a larger vehicle. Overnight parking is confusing as you have to drive against traffic and swipe your hotel card on the left side, entering on the left as well. Service: I took the dirty silverware to the front desk, they didn't care and asked me what I wanted them to do about it. In my head was an expletive, but I asked them to talk with the manager about it. Checking back later, they did not.

very nice hotel - good breakfast, easy to get to Bellevue Square or Medenbauer Center

Staff was great and very accommodating. They also took note of our child and gave her special attention.

The hotel is right in the downtown area with conveniences to restaurants, shops, etc. Rooms were clean and modern. Bonus for us was our favorite Starbucks was within the building. One of the best hotels I've been in!

Great! Lots of fun. Pool was freezing cold but was fixed after brought to attention

This is a great place to go if you want to get out of town, but don't want to deal with all the lines in Seattle. I have frequented this location on several occassions and always feel relaxed upon my return. Try getting a mani/pedi, checking out the restaurants, and doing a little shopping. Everything is within walking distance.

My experience at this courtyard @ bellvue was perfect! The hotel was beautiful, the room was nicely sized and the bar area/ restaurant was great too .. I came here for the weekend of the seahawks-broncos game and couldn't be happier .. Location is an upscale community about a15 min car ride to downtown seattle (pike place market, football stadium, space needle etc) and there are nice restaurants around the hotel, just walking distance .. I would def. stay here again, i was very happy! Such a fun weekend :)

from the moment I arrived about 10:00 pm until I left 4 days later I was treated with friendliness efficiency and good humor. Only one caveat - the mirror over the bathroom sink is too far away to be useful - do something and the room will be perfect. I visit seattle once a year so tell the staff, "I'll be back!"

Registration and information was seamless and convenient. Breakfast inclusion in room rate was awesome and a good value. Room had a noisy air conditioner but the bed was so awesome, I slept like a dead person and actually commented to my husband about how much I would love to have that mattress at home every night! The lobby is modern and room layout and bathroom space in the Marriotts are always terrific. Note: parking is $12/day...

My boyfriend and I come to Bellevue very often for his work and we always stay at the Courtyard if there is vacancy. It's a great place, very clean, updated, good value and within walking distance to the mall and all the great restaurants. We WILL be back!

Couldn't ask for better. Quick getaway with kids. The hotel staff are extremely friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was really good, especially the omelet station. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

the Hotel was great, only bummer was that there was no jacuzzi. Otherwise we were very happy with the stay.

I was in a very beautiful city on a beautiful summer morning. I was asked by someone back east how was the city i described it as Beverly Hills of the Northwest and the Hotel helped convince me. I am not a fan of Mitt Romney or Marriott family but this hotel was nice and worth the money.

The BED!! That's all I can say, I return home and cannot sleep on my mattress now! It is comfortable and full of amenities. Great location and price was right! I will definitely stay here again. The parking situation was good too, but you do have to pay $12...

Everything was great! Always had fresh supply of everything in my room. Slways cleaned n nice staff. Was worth my time n money

This hotel was great in the aspect of location, room and staff. However the parking garage you have to pay $10+tax per day. The garage is small and not equipped for large vehicles (i.e. suv's) for spaces.
