I booked the room for my wife that suddenly needed a room and according to my wife the room had a real bad stench, an odor so bad she had to check out. Mario who was at the lobby informed her she could talk to management during business hours and I do so the following day and after speaking to GM Desiree and assist GM Hailey they were able to refund our one night stay. The staff on-site were professional and so were Desiree and Hailey, the only issue was the room, that my wife describes as a Motel 8.
