love the rooms as they have a great design with an awesome shower. The staff is really attentive and the hotel is in a great location with a nice park across the street and many restaurants to choose from. Take advantage of W Whatever Whenever service
Stayed at the W Bellevue for a nice fun stay in Bellevue. Great staycation with your partner! We got a cozy room and had a view of the water. The shower being so clear walled in the middle of the room was a bit odd, but definitely different. Since the hotel is located in South Lincoln Tower we were right next to great food vendors and the convenience of the mall being just across the street. We stayed here for my birthday and got dinner at Ascend. It was honestly great because from the hotel lobby you just walk across to the other side of the floor and take another elevator up and BAM, in the restaurant. Hotel was lively for a Thursday night. Once we got done with dinner we checked out the "Living Room" (lobby area) of the hotel and there was a DJ. The bed was very comfy and the robes & amenities in the room were great. We decided to order breakfast in and got a breakfast burrito which definitely was not worth it at all, it was such a small portion and just tasted like something you can make at home. The gym however was great! The equipment looked new and the gym had so much space. Plus the bottled water and towels that were provided were awesome. I'd definitely stay here again for another staycation. Would probably have to venture out for better breakfast though.
First time trying this hotel, the moment I stepped in, this hotel gave me a very vibrant kind of feel, with swings and many relax corner on the ground floor. It was a pretty long walk to reach my room as I have got the corner room. However the big cosy and colourful room lights me up from the long and tiring flight. I have to say the corner room is slightly noisy and i think the room-keeping room is right opposite me. Lacked a feel of security and I am a solo traveller for work, i feel that there is a gap between the blind and the window and yet the bathroom is in full glass, but yet again I am too tired to request for a change but definitely will be something to take note in future. Over the staffs are friendly and helpful and I will definitely be back!
I just really enjoy this property as I can walk to the Rack and several shops and restaurants without even going outside! I highly recommend the Lakehouse Restaurant in the hotel, however! It is beautiful and delicious...and the Farm To Table menu is incredible!
We had such a wonderful one-night staycation at the W Bellevue. From check in to check out our experience was delightful. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, the on-site amenities were fabulous (be sure to stop by the Living Room Bar for a beverage and make a reservation for brunch at The Lakehouse -- you won't regret it). Not to mention, the interior design of the hotel is so unique -- stairwells, corners, stairwells and walls are covered in colorful murals that leave a lasting impression and make for the perfect Instagrammable backdrop. We would hands down stay at the W Bellevue again and would recommend it to any family/friends in the area looking for an effortless, comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We checked in at this hotel July 4,2019 up to July 6. Checked out around 8am and realized that I left my baseball hat clipped at a hanger in the closet. I immediately called the hotel reception staff to inform them about it and told them that I’ll picked it at 1:30pm. To my disappointment my cap was not found. I wonder what would be the action of hotel management regarding this unfortunate event.
Hi Everyone, I just wanted to ask if anyone has ever received poor treatment from this hotel? I am not a person who likes to complain but, this is not something I can keep quiet about. I stayed here for 2 nights and it has been the WORST Customer Experience I have ever endured. The Managers were rude, they charged my card for a total of $780.00 when my stay was only $483.00. The Hotel was dirty, things were falling off by simply touching them. The breakfast was burnt and over priced. They charged me $44 dollars for minibar but, it was only supposed to have been $24. The front employees had no idea how to check me in and wanted to charge me for incidentals again. Communication was non-existent. I hope they learn from this mistake but, I feel upset by spending my money and to be treated such a way. Regards, Adrian Perez
Great decision to choose to stay here this time, to try for first time. We have stayed at the other hotels in the Bellevue Collection during prior visits to Bellevue. So glad! We really enjoyed our 2-night stay. There are many positives: - terrific location (across the street from the Bellevue Square; connected under cover to Nordstrom Rack and a "food court" with a number of choices); - stylish AND comfortable furnishings and amenities; - spacious rooms and relaxing surroundings and bedding; - nice view (lake); - gym with high-end equipment and even a boxing setup - felt as if working out in a premier private club; - spacious and nicely appointed conference level and business centre (even has a colour printer!) Special shout out to: Alice, Genny and other front desk personnel for their professional, friendly and efficient service. And to Kyle on the Green Team, for his delightful "How can I make your Sunday even better?" greeting on the phone when I dialled the green number with a question. It would have been nice if W Hotel offers Fri AND Sat free self-parking. That said, parking rate for Sat is in line with other hotels. Will stay here again next time we are in the area!
Wow this hotel... Its definitely the place you should stay at if your work is paying! Rooms are so impressively decorated, makes you want to redo your house. Hotel is connected to lots of walkways that are connect to restaurants, bakeries, or whatever else you can think of. Easy to get lost in the garage. The staff and service is very good. The bar service can use some improvement. One lady bartender spent so much time flirting with the men, service was slower than it should have been. Food is pretty excellent and drinks are a little lacking on flavor. But still, id choose this place over and over for the artsy decor. Eye candy.
I had the pleasure of staying at the W Bellevue hotel over the weekend and was beyond happy with the quality of service, the decoration and stunning view of the room, the well-equipped gym, the dining experience, and all the fun activities that we could get up to! If you want a perfect weekend getaway to recharge, stay active, have fun and engage in some retail therapy, then this hotel is the right destination for you!
