The staff are nice and polite. I just didn’t like was the pool being closed especially on this hot weather.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

Very good value and well situated close to freeways for easy access to many parts of the greater Seattle area. In the before times, this was very close to Microsoft campus for business travelers. The very charming manager who conducted my checkin said this used to be a Marriott Courtyard and was sold to Sonesta. Sonesta does not seem to have completed signage yet so there was no sign on the street at all and it was tricky to find hidden behind a private school, but well worth it. The staff were noticeably more efficient and pleasant than in many hotels. Very quiet setting too.

Very welcoming property and staff was helpful and friendly.

Very helpful and courteous staff, easy access, just off the main connectors but quiet

Nice and clean, great value for the price!! I would stay here again.

House cleaning should be more frequent. Trash builds up quick when one is eating food from a microwave

Very clean and tons of space.. in an upscale area.. very beautiful

I was put in a handicap room and the bathroom smell mildew.

Modern hotel, nice room layout. Cobenient location

We stayed overnight before boarding our Alaskan Cruise. Makenzie and the afternoon lady manager were exceptionally helpful to us. We felt the location was in a more run-down area, but our cost was premium. The businesses down the road were less than desireable. In fact we took a cab to a restaurant and walked up to the door to see that the restaurant had permanently closed. The nearest food was a Burger King. So we had a burger!!

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

Nice stay, good room. Location is convenient for exploring areas around the city and easy to get into the city as well, but feels hidden. Food was average but room was a nice size and very comfortable. Even with a bus full of kids for a sports weekend it was very quiet.

Hotel was located in a nicely wooded area. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful with information about the facilities as well as the area.

Friendly, efficient staff.Facility well appointed and looked modern and fresh. I didn't have time to enjoy the fitness center or pool but would have like to. They appeared very inviting. I liked that there were printers in pleasant lobby for guests to utilize if necessary. I definitely would have taken advantage of the bistro but it was closed by the time I returned from my event and was't open yet for breakfast before I had to leave for the next morning's event. I was able to buy something to eat at the snack area. There were a number of choices. I really liked that there was a microwave and fridge and coffee in the room. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. I was glad there was free wi-fi available in room. I would stay at this hotel again.

I felt in love with the beautiful description of the spacious room with king size bed, overlooking the beautiful Seattle view. What I got in return as we checked in was a nightmare- small congested stuffy room with a single bed not even a queen bed- regardless of the how you measured it this was definitely not a king size bed. Misleading Misleading information all the way

I needed a good night's sleep. Didn't get it. Although the hotel was half empty, they put me into a cluster of occupied rooms. And the sound isolation is practically non-existent. At midnight the neighbor above came in, slammed the door, stomped around. At 1AM the neighbor on the left showed up. At 2AM obnoxious guests had a loud conversation in the corridor, then turned out to be neighbors on the right. In the morning I realized that the floor had not been vacuumed from the previous occupant, who had brought dirt on their shoes - not conducive to exercise on the carpet. Below expectations overall. On check-out nobody bothered to ask how I liked the stay.

Staff are friendly, hotel clean, and the location is great.

Front desk staff friendly. Very slow service for food.

Unfortunately our pool is closed for mechanical issues. We have posted it on a variety of websites and I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I wish our pool was open too, we are trying our best to get someone out here to fix it. Thank you for staying with us
