It's in a good location and check-in and out was easy. Parking is a bit difficult sometimes but at least they don't charge extra for it like the nearby places. Would be nice to have breakfast included but not a deal breaker. The front desk people need a little training on dealing with the Orbitz VIP perks which I had to spend a bit of time discussing with them.

It has changed brands since the last time I stayed here. The maintenance isn’t as good as when it was a Marriott. I hope they keep the property up because I love this little tucked away place.

I had a week of training in the area and my usual favorite brands (Hyatt, Hilton) were going for over $350/night in this area. I took a chance with this hotel brand, I had never heard of Sonesta. It wasn't as cheap as some of the budget hotels, but not quite as expensive as the others. I was very pleased with my stay here, the room was beautiful, HUGE, looked either brand new or recently remodeled with a little nook complete with a microwave and good sized fridge...and the most important part, the bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. Very cold AC was great during the heat wave of July when I stayed. There is also a really nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, the area is quiet, woodsy, and tucked back a ways off the road and there is free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful too. My only two complaints is that there isn't any dining (it looks like it in the ads) and breakfast is a very, very small selection of pay-for options like bagels, cereal cups, and yogurt. You also don't get housekeeping daily, however the staff did accommodate my request for new bedding when asked. This is standard now with the COVID non sense at other hotels so I wasn't too upset. Highly recommend!

Very nice, and definitely more than fulfilled my expectations at this price…

The staff are nice and polite. I just didn’t like was the pool being closed especially on this hot weather.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

Very good value and well situated close to freeways for easy access to many parts of the greater Seattle area. In the before times, this was very close to Microsoft campus for business travelers. The very charming manager who conducted my checkin said this used to be a Marriott Courtyard and was sold to Sonesta. Sonesta does not seem to have completed signage yet so there was no sign on the street at all and it was tricky to find hidden behind a private school, but well worth it. The staff were noticeably more efficient and pleasant than in many hotels. Very quiet setting too.

Very welcoming property and staff was helpful and friendly.

Very helpful and courteous staff, easy access, just off the main connectors but quiet

Nice and clean, great value for the price!! I would stay here again.

House cleaning should be more frequent. Trash builds up quick when one is eating food from a microwave

Very clean and tons of space.. in an upscale area.. very beautiful

I was put in a handicap room and the bathroom smell mildew.

Modern hotel, nice room layout. Cobenient location

We stayed overnight before boarding our Alaskan Cruise. Makenzie and the afternoon lady manager were exceptionally helpful to us. We felt the location was in a more run-down area, but our cost was premium. The businesses down the road were less than desireable. In fact we took a cab to a restaurant and walked up to the door to see that the restaurant had permanently closed. The nearest food was a Burger King. So we had a burger!!

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

Nice stay, good room. Location is convenient for exploring areas around the city and easy to get into the city as well, but feels hidden. Food was average but room was a nice size and very comfortable. Even with a bus full of kids for a sports weekend it was very quiet.

Hotel was located in a nicely wooded area. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful with information about the facilities as well as the area.

Friendly, efficient staff.Facility well appointed and looked modern and fresh. I didn't have time to enjoy the fitness center or pool but would have like to. They appeared very inviting. I liked that there were printers in pleasant lobby for guests to utilize if necessary. I definitely would have taken advantage of the bistro but it was closed by the time I returned from my event and was't open yet for breakfast before I had to leave for the next morning's event. I was able to buy something to eat at the snack area. There were a number of choices. I really liked that there was a microwave and fridge and coffee in the room. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. I was glad there was free wi-fi available in room. I would stay at this hotel again.

Thank you for staying with us and thanks for the feedback. Not sure when the Hotel Industry will go back to daily cleaning in our area. It is more a lack of staff and inability to find any to hire, rather than Covid. But the great resignation was part of Covid. Come again anytime.

Unfortunately our pool is closed for mechanical issues. We have posted it on a variety of websites and I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I wish our pool was open too, we are trying our best to get someone out here to fix it. Thank you for staying with us
