The beds are old and lumpy, the box spring was not even covered it was exposed and stained. The blankets and sheets were scratchy, thin and super uncomfortable i got about three hours of sleep i was so miserable. Staff was suuper friendly and sweet (they are the reason i did not give less stars) but the amenities just don't reflect the price i paid. An update to your beds and bedding is surely due.

The room was nice. 2/5 stars, we stayed to 3 nights not once was the room cleaned nor did they replace our dirty towels. We had to ask for them. I had to pay for Parking which I didn’t care about expecting they had security at least for what I’m paying for. But on the last night some one broke into my car broke my window. Told the person in the from office and gave me gloves and a bag to clean it up. Could of at least had some one to clean it up and no cameras so I can’t even make a report about it. Not even a credit for the bad experience of my car getting broken into. Now I’m driving 3 hours away on the highway with a broken window
Great stay nice staff very clean. Had some hidden fees though.
For us it was across the street from the medical facility that my wife needed to get to. So it was very convenient for us no driving I’m able to get her procedures done and not have to travel a bunch.
The attendants were courteous, especially the African American male at the front desk. It looks like he worked the entire Thanksgiving weekend, and he was still calm and polite to the guests. He even helped thelady i
It was a nice stay. We stayed 3 night while visiting Seattle and surrounding areas. We loved Bellevue. The hotel was clean and neat with breakfast included. When we first arrived we were disappointed to find out they ran out of pack and plays so our daughter slept in our bed for the first night. We were able to get one for the last nights. Breakfast area was packed pretty much at all times of the morning. They didnt seem to have enough tables for everyone but we figured it out and kinda waited it out until people left. We used their gym several times and enjoyed it very much. They had fresh water in the lobby area which was plus. Parking was free which was also great!
