Parking was off site so we had to walk late at night and pay $10 every time we used the car.

There were no parking because of construction so they force us to pay $37 a day for valet parking. The bathroom sliding door does not stay closed so I had to stop it with towels and not all the way. It was leaking water from the back and front. The AC made so much noise every time it kicks in, hard to sleep with it on. I called the reception many times from 9pm to 11pm and no one answered.

Clean and comfortable room that provides easy access to Bellevue, but also to I-405. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Very clean and staff was very friendly

Very polite and friendly staff, room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel as such (building, amenities, location etc.) are good. But I felt the staff's level of care for hotel guests was lacking. First we were given a handicapped room without being told that was being allotted (we had not opted for it, so I appreciate a heads up!) Then on the second day of our stay, they failed to do up (clean up) our room. We had NOT opted for the "don't clean" option they give for getting more reward points. When the room is not done up, it means they've not restocked your coffee nor the toiletries. The next morning we called front desk to send us coffee refills so that we could have a cuppa Joe. Well, it's funny now when we look back at it, but they sent up a guy with two coffee sachets, and that's it. So we had to call again, and specify, please also send cups, and stirrers and creamer etc. etc. I think all this points to staff not caring really much... not much accountability or owning that responsibility towards the guest. I don't expect a good Marriott to have that kind of service.

Great location near highway with easy access to Bellevue shopping. The valet parking is 37.00 . Park for 15.00 overnight at the garage one block south between 3pm to 8am. Comfortable room with clever use of space.

Room was not ready at 7:00pm, staff refused to give room that was. Shower was clogged and had black mold.

Do NOT trust this hotels valet service. Our car was damaged in their care and they would not claim responsibility. Very poor accountability, there are better places to stay in Bellevue.

$35 for valet parking is ridiculous! No WiFi, no sheets available for pullout bed had to go ask. Not a good value for what you get. Would not stay there again.

Awesome place to stay. Zero bad things to say. William at the front desk on Saturday was very accommodating.

Wake up call message was from August. Clock in room was on wrong time. Easy fixes to ensure a premier experience.

Check-in was easy. Hotel was very clean and very nice. Staff was very friendly and the bar/restaurant is nice and clean. Mountain view isn't a direct view of the mountain. Had to peek around the corner a bit to see it.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, modern and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shopping.

Just a wonderful hotel, nothing specific that was outstanding it was all outstanding Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Fake building materials in the door looked cheesy. The food was not great. The tea and free water in the business lounge were nice. It’s always ridiculous when hotels that charge more money but then try to give you a discount to make it free as a perk for being a rewards member. The internet should be free by default. I’ve stayed in 5 hotels in Bellevue this ranks #4. I will probably only return if I have to book it.

To be fair, the rooms are exactly what looks like in the photos, clean, modern, minimalistic. However, I've stayed at enough hotels around Bellevue-Redmond area to know that this place is not at par. First of all, parking. Orbitz shows 'limited parking' under hotel facilities-- there's no free parking at all, only valet parking for $35 a night, which is pretty pricy considering tips on top. (I would suggest finding street parking around the block instead) As mentioned above, the room was clean and modern, but the fridge was very small (even a large bottle of pelligrino was a tight fit). Even worse, the fridge wasn't even PLUGGED IN. We had to manually haul the fridge out and plug it in ourselves, which also leaked a pool of water on the floor. The front desk told us that there's free wifi, but the wifi login page refused to add my device to my room. The cleaning staff also doesn't seem to be in sync with management. The cleaning crew knocked and asked us on room service on the morning of checkout (most cleaning staffs at hotels know the guest's checkout schedules). Last but not least, when my partner noticed he left his phone charger 2 mins after we checked out and asked front desk if they could let him back in to retrieve it, they interrogated him for 5 mins, told him to meet with a staff in front of our room, only to actually have no staff notified, for which my partner waited 10 mins in the hallway and fortunately had a random housekeeper help him out.

I stayed for 4 nights. The mountain Veiw, the peaceful neighborhood, the valet service was amazing.

The only hiccup is the $35 Valet parking. There is no free hotel parking.
