GOD BLESS DELTA. We were traveling late at night with a toddler, and our initial flight flew into a headwind the whole way, delaying us to the point of being unable to make our next flight. Faced with the prospect of being stuck at the airport with an 18 month old all night, we were sprinting through SEA/TAC to desperately try to make our flight. Delta staff not only held the plane for us, they helped us get seated and organized quickly, ensured we had what we needed to keep our toddler settled, and got our luggage loaded quickly. We were SO thankful and so happy to get home with our little boy! Thank you Delta!!
