They switched us to another room and the bathroom was dirty and had spider webs The third room also had spider and the refridge was dirty on the inside. I also find the last question in this review to be offensive

Remnants from broken glass remained on the floor in the entrance as well as the corners in the bathroom and under the sink. There was absolutely no hot, nor warm, water. TVs are not smart and for over $200/night, you’d expect some room upgrades.

The staff was friendly. Our room was clean. Because of the limited housekeeping staff, we noticed that the hallways, elevators, lobby, and property around the hotel were dirty, and there was trash. We hope that the staffing situation resolves, so this property can get back on top.
I spent one night in their best suit room to take some rest as I was traveling, it end up having an awful night as the fans made an irritating noise that kept me awake all night. Also, there is no breakfast buffet as stated in my reservation, it is just a lie there is no such buffet, what you get is a bag of a rotten apple and other cheap stuff. For the price I paid I should have received a first class service instead of that awful noisy room with an awful breakfast.
