Great house, great location

We loved our stay at this house. It was clean and well cared for. Our favorite part was the pool and backyard area. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication with the host. We did not have the check out procedures and never received a message back from the host after multiple messages.

Great quick stay

Great stay for the weekend to go to a graduation. Pool was a little dirty (leaves, dirt) but we didn't use it anyway. Overall, a great place.

Soccer Trip

We had a very pleasant stay at the house. Loved all the great up grades. The management was superior. Very quick to answer questions and to assisT. It was located minutes from IMG and the soccer fields and not too far from the beach! Great stay!

Awesome family getaway!

We made a spur of the moment decision to drive from NY to FL for a week to visit family. Kenia was extremely fast to answer questions making the decision to stay here an easy choice. The house was very clean. There was plenty of space for our family to hang out when we weren’t out doing something. The outside area by the pool was great for watching the kids swim and cooking on the grill. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, so we were able to cook when we didn’t want to go out. The showers are amazing! The kitchen faucet sprung a leak, and Kenia had someone there to fix it very quickly. She was very responsive to every question-even helping me to find a company to rent a crib from for our baby. If we return to Bradenton, we will definitely stay here again!

Great house with accurate photos

Property was exactly as expected (and better). Home is clean and spacious with several upgrades. Beds were comfortable and yard was private and relaxing. Property owner communicated easily when needed and handyman was available right away for propane tank for the grill. Overall we had a great time and would return again. 15 minute easy drive to IMG.

Perfect place, great location close to everything

Really liked the property - the photos of the site were spot on. We loved the pool and the backyard. Would absolutely stay here again.
