I loved the property with beautiful views of the city, very romantic and relaxing. The hotel itself is very nicely built, large rooms, comfortable. The staff was amazing! So welcoming, and super nice. We arrived at 12 and with no questions asked we got early check in, the room was ready when we arrived. They sent us some goodies since we were celebrating our anniversary. Overall very much satisfied and we cannot wait to go back! We left early in the morning and I requested check out over the phone, as we quickly made our was to the car outside waiting for us to transport to the airport, the front lady ran after us saying our name. I turned around and she smiled and said "I just wanted to check if you had water with you or if you need water on your way to the airport". In my opinion that's customer service to another level! I love the property and will return a million times more! Thank you all for your hospitality, felt like home.

Quick few days in the city, will definitely be back

best views without compromising great location (don't have to go up and down the hill). staff were amazing.

The view was excellent, and clean room, fairly close to many points of interest

Very nice hotel. The bridge to bridge room had a spectacular view !

If you must stay in the downtown area, this is definitely the best bang for your buck! A lot of time, you'll find 1-2 star motels in the SF downtown area averaging almost $200. Paying extra for the comfort and luxury of the room is well worth it! You can find a great deal on this hotel if you book a few months ahead of your stay, close to what you'd pay for at nearby motels/inns in the SF downtown area. Indulge yourself a little because YOU'RE worth it!

We had a relaxing, lovely couple of days here. The weather in the city was particularly cold and gray, so it was really nice to relax in our bridge-to-bridge view room. The panorama was fantastic. Everything was nice, from the check-in (complete with a glass of champagne) to check-out (they were kind enough to keep our bags for several hours before our evening flight). The room was spotless, the staff very accommodating at all times, the hotel was quiet and the location made it pretty easy to get to all points of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Example: each item on the breakfast menu was $20, and the coffee and orange juice they were pouring before I ordered were $7 each. I spent $14 before I even picked something on the menu! The bathroom was huge and very open: no bathtub curtain and a glass door on the shower.

We celebrated our anniversary in San Francisco and stayed at Lowes Regency and it was worth every cent. the staff was incredible. The view was breath taking. The location in the city was great. If you want that special moment to remember for a lifetime, start with staying at Lowes Regency. You will not be dissapointed.

Great view, location and service. Staff is very attentive.

Hotel stay was great! Staff was very friendly and easy to work with! Definitely recommend for night out or vacay stay!

Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend for stay, very friendly, very clean! Definitely book my next stay!

We went for our honeymoon. The staff was overly friendly and competent. They can assist you with any reservations or accomodations you would need. Get a room with a bay view.

except this place doesn't have a pool, everything was perfect, automatic upgrade to a suite, amazing view, room extremely comfortable, staff treated us like royals, will definitely go back again and again
