Furnished garden studio cottage, brand new remodel. The cottage is detached on all sides and is not a shared unit. The studio is furnished with a queen size Tempurpedic bed as well as a small bistro table and chairs, loveseat, coffee table and Ikea closet system. The cottage has a small bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with sink, mini fridge, and microwave, but no stove. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage of the main house. Free utilities and wifi. Within 1.5 blocks of 4 Muni lines, The 44, 23, 24 and T-Embarcadero. Located 5 minute drive from Dogpatch neighborhood as well as entrances for the 101 and 280 highways. Also 10 minutes from the Mission, Mission Bay and Soma districts. Non-Smoking unit.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

    Stayed for 3 months in the summer. Very convenient commute to dogpatch. Very clean room. Brought an electric induction stove and was able to cook. Responsive host.

    I loved staying here, it was private and quiet. Nicole didn’t bother you and when something needed to be done she did it immediately. I was there for 3 months working as a travel nurse, I bought a hot plate and an air fryer to cook , I was able to use the washer/dryer anytime I needed and free of charge. I received my packages and mail as well. The Muni train is directly down the street but I had my car. There isn’t much parking so you will have to double park or if you are lucky you can find a spot right by the house. I would highly recommend this to someone who likes privacy (I do). The price is very reasonable compared to anything in San Francisco. If I had to come back to the area I would choose to stay here again.

    Washer and dryer!!

    Parking can be difficult, but otherwise a very solid stay short term! Clean. As described. Oh, and it is SUPER nice to have access to a washer/dryer! Sometimes you can hear a piano playing, I found it pleasant :)

    Perfect cozy studio!
