They didn’t have my reservation. i guess the date change didnt go through. I was too tired to follow up so I gave up and crashed at a friend's place. everyone was trying to help and were very professional. I would have loved to stay there.

Property is located in an iconic area with loads of people watching available! I wish more of the amenities would have been open, but that's not the hotel that's a C19 thing. The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING thanks to Patrick the doorman, RitaRose in reception and all the other folks who's names we didn't quite get.

Overall good experience. Check in staff from drop off of car to person at desk made you feel special. The Spa service was excellent, though I missed having a sauna along with the steam room. Checked in for a birthday celebration and the hotel and spa service was what I expected. The only negative was the food service. Parallel 37 was closed for a private event and the Lobby Lounge had excellent Bar service with great drinks and entertainment, but the food was mediocre and overpriced. Example: A $26.00 hamburger that was supposed to be served with onion rings that was too salty to eat and served with french fries instead of onion rings with no explanation. I think they should have said they were out and ask to provide a substitute. I would have preferred a salad.
They found the room type I wanted, called me up proactively to let me know my room was ready very early, and then remembered me and my room number the whole week. Marjorie? was amazing.

The Ritz Carlton in San Francisco is the most beautiful hotel in the city. It is close to Chinatown, and more importantly, you feel safe and secure in that big, gorgeous building that used to be a bank. We would definitely return there and our visit was spectacular.
