Our stay at the Ritz was lovely. The rooms are quite nice, the beds are very comfortable, everything is spotless. The amenities are wonderful. I will say that the staff really make the hotel experience outstanding. They are incredibly accommodating, gracious, friendly, and they really seem to care about making your stay as pleasant as it can be. I can’t say enough good things about everyone we encountered.

Upon entering the room, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Several people at the front desk were particularly rude about addressing the problem and not really helpful...suggesting that we call housekeeping rather than helping us solve the problem. Rooms was average at best...booked a suite on orbitz for three people but there was only one king bed. Had to order a roll away. Fine hotel but certainly not even close to the standard that I would expect from a five star hotel.
