This property has new updates so it was very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The surrounding area was a little sketchy. There are A LOT of homeless people. We did a lot of walking and nothing happened but it did make us a little uneasy. And another upside was free parking which is hard to come by in the city.

It’s in the tenderloin neighborhood which is in the process of cleanup. There are homeless around during the night. Police move them out in the morning. We felt very safe which our car and all around the hotel. The hotel was recently renovated. Friendly staff. We would stay there again

Top level parking is difficult to move around and lower level parking is very limited. Room 204's shower door was out of alignment and didn't fully shut properly. This caused the bathroom floor to be wet. Cleaning crew started at 6 a.m. which was a bit too early for us. Front desk staff is friendly.

Great stay but the shower hot water needs attention. It kept getting extremely hot and no matter how you adjusted it, it just stayed burning hot.

The property itself was very good. The immediate surroundings had multiple vagrants around it however. The staff was very good. Overall cleanliness was very good but unfortunately we found what appeared an old blood stain on the bedsheet of the lower part of the bed. We got in late and we’re too tired to deal with it so we just put a towel over the stain and went to bed. I notified the staff in the morning. I would stay here again but unfortunately my wife would not.

A great little gem within walking distance from lots of places. The night manager and the day manager both of are fantastic & helpful. Great room size and breakfast. The only thing I found unpleasant was bloodstained blanket. I know it's tough to control everything but it should not be unnoticed given the size of it.

It was a good hotel. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and keeping up with the space. I arrived early to the hotel and they kept my luggage for me until it was time to check into the hotel. Overall it was a great experience.
