For the price it was worth it. Too bad San Francisco has increased its homeless population. Rooms are small but enough.

The room itself wasn't too bad other than the bed. It was the loudest squeaking bed ever. Directly outside the hotel was what really gives this place a bad image. Crack heads and homeless people line the streets

The room was extremely humid. No AC or heat control so we were freezing all night. When asked for another key card we were given nothing and told we weren't allowed to have three, but when we came back later and talked to a different person we were given one with no problem ?? Towels are never replaced, so we reused the same ones for a week. There are homeless people everywhere in the streets and people screaming in the alley at all times of night. Overall it's a bad place to stay and unless you have no where else to go or can't afford anything else, I wouldn't recommend it.

Room was at least 90 degrees. South facing room with a hot water pipe running through it. Always the smell of Simple Green disinfectant, yuk. Tiny toilet rooms with low water pressure to toilets. Hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice. Great location with many, many modes of public transportation within one to three minutes walk. The heart of city shopping is very close.

I could but I don't have witnesses. Watch the hidden fees. Stay far away. Horrible street also.

The hotel has a great location, very close to all transportation and shopping. The staff is polite and efficient and the place is very clean. If you don't mind all the homeless people and drug users in the vicinity you should be ok. Winsor hotel however, not recommended for children or elderly folks due to lack of space and an old elevator that doesn't cover all floors. The hotel doesn't provide telephones on the rooms and TV sets that shows more than four channels. I would still recommend for younger folks and couples without kids.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. 25 homeless people at the entrance every night. Open air drug market right outside. Had to leave early because my wife was threatening to divorce me if we stayed one more night. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean, but the hotel is still run down and smells like curry all the time.

Traveled alone. I like the room. Bathrooms down the hall were nice.as well as the showers. Only thing i seen wrong was if you leave something behind after check out, the hotel is not responsible for it. Or if items from the laundry room go missing they are not responsible. But there are cameras everywhere so i would think they would be willing to help find a laundry thief.
