Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco

On the first day, we didn't have any complimentary water in our room after a long flight. Only water in the room cost $9. We also could not get Uber at the front door of the hotel. Staff was excellent and tried to make up for any issues. The concierge was the best we have experienced in our travels.

Nice location. The rooms are showing their age just a bit but are comfortable. The staff is the star. They are pleasant and efficient and turned good into excellent.

Absolutely wonderful experience! It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for with ultra-comfortable beds, attentive staff and super convenient location. My only criticism is that the hotel's coffee (espresso and cappuccino) left much to be desired. The hotel is in serious need of an Australian barrista or, a Nespresso machine!

One of the best hotels and service i have ever recieved. The hotel restaurant was great also!

good location easy walk shopping.staff friendly nice experience!

Enjoyed the proximity to the meetings I had and enjoyed eating at the hotel in between the meetings. Great service!

Location doesn't get any better. Layout is a little strange, having to take two separate elevators to get to rooms. But overall great stay.

the staff 'upgrade' the single person to a suite but loose the view without any communication first, which makes no sense and wouldn't correct the issue.

The Four Seasons is the best hotel in San Francisco. Centrally located. And, if you like to work out, you get access to Sports Club LA, a full health club with all the classes you could imagine. The facilities are what you would expect from a Four Season hotel.

The hotel is good, but the lokation is not perfect and don't understand why in 5 star hotel all extras are so expensive? (parking about 60 $ at night, internet )

Short stay---but wonderful experience. The wonderful staff within this beautiful hotel made for a fabulous experience. We would easily stay again and recommend to anyone A++++.

I checked into the Four Seasons to celebrate the end of a tough semester of studying at UC Berkeley. I didn't travel very far, just across the Bay, but the Four Seasons provided a delicious escape. Even though I arrived in somewhat scruffy clothes, with just my 'Go Bears' duffle for luggage, I was made to feel completely welcome and 'at home'. I didn't want to leave my room at all, just to relax, so I ordered a decious dinner from Room Service, which I ate while I enjoyed my room's fabulous view over Market St to Chinatown and over the rooftops around Union Square all the way up to Nob Hill. My bathroom was perfect, lots of room and everything I needed for a relaxing soak in the bath. Best of all was the bed, huge and so incredibly comfortable, heaped with luxuriously soft bed linens and pillows. I had a wonderful, perfect stay at the Four Seasons. I'll be back!

An Absolutely Flawless Experience. The Staff Was Extremely Helpful To Us Knowing That This Was Our First Trip To San Francisco . Accomadations Were Perfect Including The View For The 4th Of July Fireworks. Will Most Certainly Return Within The Next Couple Of Months.

Please accept our apologies for the miscommunication regarding missed turn down service and the city restrictions attached to Uber pick ups and drop-offs. We hope your next stay with us will be much smoother. We will note your preference for turn down service for all future stays. Thank you for your business and feedback. We hope to see you again soon.
