Magical Views, Safe and Family-Friendly, Parking Onsite

Enjoy the panoramic skyline view from this perch and feel fully immersed in city life. We've stocked the home with all the amenities families with children and babies need. The neighborhood is safe and secluded, yet also within walking distance of three commercial districts packed with fun things to do as well as the famous Dolores Park. Downtown San Francisco is 20 minutes away via public transit.

The home offers two rare SF amenities: onsite parking (for a fee), and air conditioning.

The space

Walk up a flight of stairs to the top floor, where you will find our spacious apartment with panoramic city views. It's safe and secluded, yet a short walk to amazing dining and other fun activities.

For adults, we have fast (250+ mbps) WiFi, three separate workspaces, and TVs in every bedroom. It's the perfect place to work remotely or lie in bed watching TV. There is also a Peloton and brand new Casper mattresses.

For kids, there is room with a Wii, books and toys. For babies, we provide blackout curtains, a real crib and high chair.

Bedroom 1: Trundle bed with two twins, queen Casper mattress, TV with cable and Netflix, and workstation with desk and monitor.

Bedroom 2: King Casper mattress, TV with cable and Netflix, and workstation with desk and monitor. Real crib.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with twin and full mattresses, Wii, and TV.

Living room: Peloton, workstation with desk and monitor, TV with cable and Netflix.

Dining area: huge table with plenty of space for to have dinner.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Parking is available on the driveway for a $30 per night; otherwise, street parking is free, but you'll need to move your car every two hours during the week.
Other things to note

There are construction projects on the street so there may be noise 9 am-5 pm during weekdays.

We are very conscious about being good neighbors and strictly enforce our noise rules (there are noise and smoke monitors onsite). The balcony is off-limits to guests due to sound issues. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please do not book if your group may shout or play loud music.

Bunk bed: you agree to use it at your own risk and to hold your hosts harmless for damage and/or injury that arises from use of said bunk bed.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
