Water softener and Reverse osmosis drinking water.



Garage access - One car garage and parking space for one car on the gravel parking space directly across the driveway in front of unit. Additional parking on street if needed.

Please note that the front door of the unit enters directly into this bedroom. Room Darkening curtains can be drawn across the front windows and entry door to provide privacy. The first floor can be accessed by entering through the door off the garage. In this case, the bedroom does have a door which locks to provide privacy.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for two locked closets used for supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Southtown is just south of downtown right near the King William District, with S. Alamo running through the heart of the district. This is where you can experience the 'puro' San Antonio - where all the best local restaurants, bars, and things to do can be found! This place gets rockin’ during the First Friday of the month, where everyone comes out to see local artists, drink beer, and listen to live music. Be sure to stop by over at The Friendly Spot for some beers, Bar America for some cocktails, and chips and salsa over at Rosarios!



Riverwalk access is a few steps, passing beautiful historic homes to the entrance to the Riverwalk hike and bike trails and canoe /kayak access point.



Getting Around:

A 15 minute drive from the airport. This area is very pedestrian friendly and boasts easy access to multiple bike share stations and the San Antonio bus system Viva route.



Other Things to Note:

o The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

o After booking, we will send you a copy of our short-term rental agreement and arrival and departure instructions, we also ask for you to provide a copy of your ID for verification.

o Home must be well kept and returned in a clean/serviceable condition

o There is to be no smoking allowed.

o Parties and events are not allowed.

o Parties or events will incur a $5000 penalty and will be escorted off premises

o Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 or actual replacement cost of the item(s)

o Refunds for guests who booked through HomeAway / VRBO or our direct website will be processed minus any credit card fees as they are not refunded to the host

o Max occupancy 8 adults or total of 10 to include children.

o For stays longer than 30 days - an additional $160 deep cleaning charge will apply
