Apparently, hot water is optional at this hotel. I woke up in the morning ready to take a hot shower after a long 24 hour flight into Rome. I called the front desk immediately to notify them that there was NO hot water. Noone ever called me back to give me a status update or find another option for us to shower. At check-out, I expressed my displeasure and was told "This is Italy. We don't have a lot of water". The clerk offered to comp our shuttle to the airport (a total of 18 Euros). I requested a discount of my room. I was told that wasn't possible. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that none was onsite. In addition, our room was extremely small, as were our beds. The best part about this hotel was the pool which I could have used as my shower because the shower water was colder than the pool water. It wasn't a pleasant experience overall and I would advise against staying at this hotel. This hotel DOES NOT deserve it 4.2 out of 5.0 rating.

Had a day layover in Rome. Rather than go back into the the city (a thirty dollar apiece round trip train fare) we stayed by the pool and lounged. It was a great way to relax after two weeks on the Italian roads. Quite unexpected for an airport hotel.

Was stuck at airport and decided to stay.Reservatuons were made and my room was ready by the time I took the shuttle fm airport. Hotel staff treated me so very nice.Really had a nice night's rest.Thanks so much for the hospitality.

The hotel itself was beautiful, just not very well located, nothing close that we could find and on a busy road.

Nice, modern hotel 10 minutes from Rome airport. Rooms are comfortable and relatively large by European standards. Nice grounds with lovely pool. Only downsize is there are not any places to eat close by. Hotel restaurant has very good food but a bit pricy.

Internet wasnt that great but everything else was great! Loved this hotel. Very nice restaurant on site. Breakfast was phenomenal. Shuttle service came in handy quite often. Would definitely stay again

The lobby, restaurant, and common areas are very nice. I would say they are consistent with 4 star hotels. The staff was nice. Our room, however, was very, very small and the quality was consistent with 3 star hotels. The furniture was a bit beat up and the wall trim and flooring appear to have been well used. The bed wasn't comfortable. The sheets, bed spread and pillows were low quality. The bathroom was incredibly small. You could literally brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet. Also, the room was very warm and the AC did not work. I asked the front desk if we could have another room with a working AC units and they said No because the AC for the whole hotel was in the process of being repaired/replaced. They told me to open the window. We did. The problem is that the noise was very loud with the window open. Our room was located next to a busy highway and is located close to the airport. We dealt with this noise along with loud barking dogs for the majority of our stay. Also, we were attacked by mosquito's and knats. My wife had more than a dozen stings or bites. I was more fortunate to have single digit stings.

Not happy about the fact that I reserved a room and there were none available. Hotel said they cancelled my reservation because they couldn't charge my card but it was supposed to be pay on arrival. And they said they were completely full, but could offer me a room for more than triple the originally reserved price. That tells me they are not full. Anyways my mom booked a room here and so I got to see the room- small, dated and not the cleanest. We ended up booking a room a couple doors down. It was a bit more dated, but we had a kitchen, 2 rooms and a huge balcony, and it was super clean- none of which my mom's room had. So basically it turned out working out better for us that we didn't stay at this hotel.

We were led to believe this hotel was closer to the airport. Need to use a cab, about 30 euros. (10-16) However hotel was clean, staff fine & restaurant was fine..

Convenient place to stay near Fiumicino for an early flight out after a long stay in Italy. Had a restful night and the 7am trip to the airport car rental return was very easy. Not many options near Fiumicino, this was a good selection for us.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. While the shower was small it was a very clean and updated room and bathroom. We got in late but the poolside dining option was excellent so we didn't need to go anywhere. We needed scab the next day to get the tour. The set it up for us and assisted with the language barrier. It was perfect.

The price was great and so was the hotel.Rooms were kept clean.Staff was knowledgeable and helpful of surrounding areas.The shuttle to and from the airport was a plus.Very clean and presentable.Hotel bar and staff was amazing.Food was great.The only complaint is, loud people walking down the halls.... but we can't control that.

The experience at the airport was horrible the driver was like something out of a bad mob movie, no clear departure schedule. You advertized free transfer to the hotel. Upon check out I was told that I owe another €12 plus another € 2 tax for transportation. Which I paid and need to be reimburst Thank you

I arrived late to the airport and just needed to stay one night before departing the next morning. The check in process was fairly simple and the room was fine. They had a good breakfast with a fairly good selection of food.

I arrived after 11pm, and the person greeting me was friendly and helpful. My first room was extremely smokey, so he moved me to another room without any issue. The breakfast was plentiful, including breads, cheeses, fruits, hard-boiled eggs, and cereals, and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The rooms were basic but clean; however, the air conditioning was weak at best.

Hotel was very clean, and convenient to the airport. The room was clean, the facilities well maintained, and the beds were quite comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We got a good night's rest before our trip back to the U.S.

Stayed for one night before flying out of Rome the next day. Was great for the night (and the price). Wish the hotel shuttle was included with the room price, but can't get everything for free. Also, dont bother with the TV internet, it doesnt work efficiently. All in all, I would stay here again.

Location near Rome's Fiumicino Airport. Restaurant was fine - not many other within walking distance, however. Convenient for overnight stay before heading to airport. Room prices were good. Building a new wing with rooms with balconies - don't know about opening date, but appears to be almost ready.

This is an airport hotel, convenient for early morning flights. I had dinner here the night before my flight. Food and service were good. Front desk very helpful, English spoken. It's a short ride to airport. Six euro charge, added to hotel bill. But shuttle doesn't start until 6 am; to get earlier flight, you must take a taxi for 25 euros! However, even with this outrageous charge it was a lot less then staying at the Hilton or Marriot.

is a hot shower important to you?

nice place

nice lobby, restaurant and common area. bad room

The lobby, restaurant, and common areas are very nice. I would say they are consistent with 4 star hotels. The staff was nice. Our room, however, was very, very small and the quality was consistent with 3 star hotels. The furniture was a bit beat up and the wall trim and flooring appear to have been well used.
