Air conditioning with heat pump, independent boiler, antique wood stove, garden available. At 50 meters, a bus leaves every 30 minutes for metro A. By car in 10 minutes you can reach the Colosseum. Quiet area, framezzo the scent of pine trees, restaurants in the vicinity of excellent quality.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom.
