I had a Stunning view from my room balcony of the pool! Great staff! Kudos to Sergio and Roberto, who were very welcoming! Andrea, in the gift shop is filled with knowledge about tours, bus, train schedules! (Everything to enhance your trip!! ) The furniture is somewhat dated, but the rooms were clean and well stocked. Nice size. Clean! Great food and drinks in the on-site restaurant! The food prices and drinks are reasonable. All thumbs up for the airport shuttle from FCO to the hotel and the cruise port transportation pickup from the hotel to the port!! Very convenient! Ciao
We only stayed for one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. This location may not be the best for sight seeing in Rome, but this is one comfortable hotel. The interior reminded me of a Las Vegas hotel on a smaller scale. It felt glamorous and smelled good. The parking is easy. The beds are comfortable and the shower is wonderful. The wifi worked well. This hotel was a good choice.

The place was clean and a man was playing the piano when we checked in. Hotel was lively and full of guests. The breakfast for $12 a person was well worth it, except it only ran until 11 which was a little problematic for our jet lag. Check out was at noon and there was no extension available. The restaurant was quite good although the carbonara was a bit disappointing for rome. No fee for a dog & they were accommodating, but there wasn't many places the dog could go in the hotel. Lifeguard at pool was a little serious, wouldn't let my 5 year old jump in the pool. All in all great amenities, not too far from the airport (about 30 minutes) and a great place to relax and not need to leave your hotel. Would stay again!

Food in the restaurant is really bad. Most of the personnel are not friendly. They should change breakfast choices at least twice a week.

There were cockroaches in our room! We didn’t want to stay there but it was a Friday night, we were in a foreign country and didn’t know how to speak Italian. The manager took us in the back service elevator to a new room and told us we would not be charged. She out and out lied to us, we were charged. We slept with the lights on and never opened our suitcases.
Good hotel, clean and delicious breakfast. Loved the spa for the parents and the pool for the kids.
We paid for a room for four people and I feel like they gave us the most broken down room they could find. The door frame to the bathroom was rotted out and broken at the bottom. The tile next to the toilet had urine splash stains on it from the previous guests. The walls had not been wiped down properly. The cover to the handle of the bathroom faucet was missing. We were right next to the elevators and the air conditioning wasn't that good so we had to ask for a fan.

I am delighted to read such a good report about our Hotel, comfort of the rooms.By reading your review we see that you didn’t’ find shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarket available in a small village 300 meters on our left hand side (Restaurant Arturo typical, Giardini d'Abruzzo pizzeria and Convivio Ampelio gourmet/fine dining). Regarding the transportations allow me to put on record that the Hotel offers a regular shuttle bus (3 one way, 5 return), greatly appreciated from all our guest staying with us. The bus runs on a regular basis to Vatican Museum & St. Peter's Basilica in the morning (9-10-11-12-14) and to the heart of the city center (Trastevere) in the afternoon (16-18.30-19.30-21.30) and evening. Moreover 2 different public busses are available just at the doorstep of the hotel to reach downtown which is only 3 km far from our Hotel), or reach the nearest metro station and in 20 minutes discover all the main attractions in the heart of Rome. In addition Taxis are always readily available (taxi stand on site in our car park) and cost only 12 euros to get in to the city center.
