Asked for a king bed however even the manager was unable to open the door. Took a 2 queen beds. Things worked out beautifully. Really appreciated the great ice machine ice.
We initially booked our stay at Hotel Estes but ten days before our arrival our booking was canceled due to construction. They offered a refund or we could stay at their sister property Estes Mt Inn. We were unable to find any other hotels with the short notice that weren't sky high because it was the area's busy time so we ended up going to Estes Mt Inn. First the staff were excellent. Always friendly and helpful. The breakfast and snacks in the evening were an added bonus. The rooms were clean but room service did forget to come one day. As for the room the beds were hard, out tub didn't drain water, the overhead light fixture with a fan didn't work correctly, the AC when set at the lowest setting and didn't keep the room cool. We used the pool at the neighboring sister hotel which was good. Also there was never any discount given for the inconvenience of canceling our first booking.
Convenient location close to town, beautiful views of the mountains from our room, nice continental breakfast, comfortable room, friendly staff.

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the smores both nights - what a fun activity for guests. The pool was great - it was a nice size and my daughter enjoyed her pool time.

The online pictures were deceiving and the whole place was nothing like what orbitz had in their ad. I would not recommend this place until some major remodeling was done.

We are happy to hear our staff was excellent, along with the enjoyment of our breakfast, snacks, and nightly s'mores & popcorn! We are sorry for the issues the occurred in room. We do have mattress toppers available upon request to help soften the beds, as we understand everyone has a different bed preference.
