Very good value overall. Clean comfortable room. There is no wired internet and you cannot change the source on the tv to an hdmi.

Overall the hotel was fine. The heating/cooling unit is very noisy so for those who sleep lightly that will be a problem. All plastic throwaway cups/glasses in room and at breakfast so not eco friendly. Room had an odd musty smell at first.

This hotel was terrible. Dirty and stained towels. Super sticky floor. Bathtub filled up with water. Couldn’t get hot water from the sink. TV was not working properly and very outdated. Laundry machines down the hall were super loud. The AC/Heat unit was ridiculously loud. I checked out in the morning after one night even though my reservation was for 3 nights. I was there on business. I was not supposed to be charged until I checked out, and only for the night I stayed. The desk clerk said that I have been checked out and will get an email. I never got an email receipt. Then they charged me for the 3 nights later that week. When I went back in I talked to the manager in person and he was dismissive and combative about the situation right away. Said I never checked out. Then asked me to name the clerk who checked me out. Which I don’t know. Wouldn’t help me. Have followed up with Hotels.com and they haven’t been able to help either.

First room reeked of smoke despite being non-smoking, front desk was good about giving us another room. Bathroom very small, shower and toilet in 1 room, small sink on the other side. Smallest shampoo bottles I've ever seen, not enough for 1 person and we had 3 in the room. Beds comfortable, but AC/heating unit blows air directly onto the person sleeping next to the window if you have a double room. Breakfast very blah, go to the waffle house down the road. Overall it was fine, but there are so many properties in the area I'd look for something else.

Don’t waste your money.
I arrived to the hotel 8 minutes before the designated check in time and walked to the front desk where I was greeted by a Kelly who put her hand up in a “talk to the hand” motion and told me that it wasn’t check in time yet. However a bus carrying a track team walked in directly behind me and was able to check in no problem. When asked the man behind the desk said well they called ahead. So if I had picked up the phone from my car it would have been no issue? The room was already ready, what does 8 minutes difference make? And neither here no there, there was no reason a customer service representative should have been so rude. Aside from that, the hotel smelled of chemicals, the shower got barely lukewarm, and we reserved a king with a pull out couch, but the couch had no sheets, blankets or pillows to use. Incredibly disappointed, not worth the price.
