I enjoyed the amenities as well as access to the fitness center. The location was walkable.
The hotel room was nice. The area was a little rough. We were there over 4th of July. A fight broke out in the lobby and pepper spray was used. Getting to our rooms forced us to inhale some pepper spray and kept us coughing and sneezing for hours after.
Great location in City Center/downtown area. The hotel was clean and close to restaurants and the Max. A bit on the small side, but the room was nice, with a big 50 inch smart tv. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. Would definitely consider staying again if I return to Portland.
Great staff. Great design Comfortable
Excellent!
The staff here are very friendly. I really like the atmosphere of the hotel. The only thing I don't really like is how the lights in the room work. There is a confusing light switch system that doesn't make a ton of sense. Other than that, this place is great.
so many homeless who are camped literally on the sidewalk. so sad, and the vandalism and defacing the buildings . Loved the coffee back. and Bar, but it should open at 3 pm for afternoon service and stay open till 12 or 1am on weekends.

We picked this hotel as it's so close to the Red max line tri-met for easy access to places that we'd like to visits and to go to the airport as well. The parking at hotel is expensive but there are several parking garage nearby for half the price.
I really enjoyed the interior design of the hotel including the units themselves.
Our stay here was great! We were able to get an early check-in and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and comfortable.
Excellent customer service, modern and "smart". I love staying at AC!
Great hotel, staff was friendly and the main doors were locked from the entrance so we felt safe. You need your key to get in. Covid precautions and hand sanitizers everywhere and our room felt very clean. Our view of other others roof top was the only negative but we were only there for 1 night so it’s ok. Location was walking distance to everywhere and $5 parking/night across the street was a plus.
Very walkable to many nearby shopping centers and stores and restaurants within Downtown Portland. Hotel is super clean and decorated well. I believe it is a brand new building. Room was very spacious, clean, and had a nice bench-type unit across one wall, perfect for storing luggage and belongings. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms seem well insulated for sound, didn’t hear neighboring guests. Complimentary water in each room and a hydration station is located on each floor so you can refill your bottles with filtered water. Self-park garage just across the street is super cheap on weekends ($5 per day on Saturday and Sunday at time of this review). Make sure you enter the Smartpark garage from 4th AVE. Luc Lac Vietnamese restaurant conveniently right next door, open late on weekends. 24-hour 7-eleven just a block away for snacks and beverages.
The property had an open and inviting vibe. I like that the room had wood floors. The bed and pillows were really comfy. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. It was centrally located, easy to get to from the Max, and lots of desired locations were well within walking distance.

Thank you for the feedback Derek. I do understand those light switches can be a little tricky to get the hang of but once you do, one button is all it takes to shut all the lights off before heading out which is a really cool feature. Thanks for the nice comments regarding our staff and their service. Ryan (GM)

Hi Andrew, I would like to apologize for this rare occurrence that took place. We are generally in a pretty peaceful section of downtown. I do believe with the 4th of July fireworks taking place nearby it brought in a bit of a different crowd. We hope you can rejoin us in the future for a more peaceful experience. Ryan
