About this space
Large private room on 5th between 10&12, the most important part of 5th Avenue near the main Bars and Restaurants in the center. One block from Faro beach. If you want to know Cozumel we are 6 blocks from the ferry and 5 blocks from the ADO station. While you are in the heart of the center, the place has a lot of vegetation and large trees.

Other references are Cocobongo one block away and Plaza Corazón half a block away.

For this reason, this area is not very quiet.
The space
The room is surrounded by lots of vegetation and large trees, has a private bathroom, 2 queen beds, AC, fan, 150mbps WIFI.

We have a room with tables to drink coffee, water, heat in the microwave or simply rest.

You should also consider that since we are close to the most famous bars in the center, it is not a very quiet area.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes an ironing board.
