Hicimos y pagamos en totalidad una reservacion 2 dias antes del año nuevo. Cuando llegamos no tuvimos aceso a los cuartos y el dueño no nos contesto! Nuestras familias estuvo sin donde dormir en un pais extraño y NADIE NOS AYUDO!
