Beach is approx 7 blocks straight easy walk. Famous 5th avenue 5 blocks. Restaurants local and fancy, bars, shops, grocery store, gas station, laundry drop off, quick mart, farmacy, TACOS and more all within easy walking distance. This apartment is not fancy but has everything you need. Host lives on the property for easy help or tips.
