Fantastic location
I cannot fault the location at the quieter end of the Playa, set within lovely grounds, with swimming pool and bar and beach right next to it. Itโs 5-minute walk to the shops etc, so everything is nearby.As seniors we were grateful for the largely senior occupancy with no late-night noise.Generally, the apartment was clean, although basic items were missing from the poorly equipped kitchen, such as a kettle and toaster. It was very dark even with the light on, and not a pleasure to cook in.Other points - no ironing board, although there was an iron, no washing machine or dryer available to use, they were locked away. The tv in the lounge is small and in a cupboard - not easy to watch. There is a bigger one in the main bedroom, but wi-fi temperamental there. The air-con didnโt work in one bedroom and the shower over the bath in the main bedroom. For us this was not a problem, but for a full household of people it might be.The main bedroom door refused to open one night, as the lock had jammed. This was a major problem for us and despite many calls we were unable to get any help with this and as all our stuff was in there my partner had to kick it open (not easy for a 70 man)!Pigeons like to roost on the main bedroom balcony โ itโs dirty and unusable.Overall impression - a โtiredโ apartment in need of some sprucing upOverall, the location made up for most of these problems and we had a very good holiday.
