Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is the light in the hot tub was blown out and both bathroom (tub and shower) drains were clogged up and wdnt drain. Minor things but overall great place. Great location.

Awful experience

Our check in was awful... not ready, code would not work took an hour in the dark outside house trying to have Vacasa recode door. No hot water upstairs an faucet sink faucet leaks.. Lights burnt out. Than there was no internet! Not for one day....I was informed after many lies that it would be fixed! Which was a easy problem to take care of... but they did nothing, so our phones would not even work either....no emails...videos, streaming, nothing We wasted 3 days being lied to about them trying to fix it. Telling us maintenance was coming to fix, waiting for them to not show or call Than they did show up day later when we weren’t there, they installed router that did not work. So no TV channels as well.... nothing worked house was silent . I work from home and had checked before I came letting them know I would be running my business from there. I lost money and had upset customers that couldn’t reach me. My children had a couple virtual lessons in school as well . Anyway we ask to be moved or compensated! and were given $25 for the problem!! What a joke, we went and rented from different management company and were thrilled with cabin and amenities . At a shame....to unpack everyone and sit looking at each other for days, to have to repack and move was too much. They could have handled this so much better. After the second day they would not even respond to us. Never will I rent from this Vacasa management company again if this is how they treat their customers. If something is wrong at your rental!? Your out of luck.

Wonderful and close to everything! The dishwasher didn’t work, but not a big deal. Overall- great!

We loved being in between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg activities. It was perfect to relax after busy days!

Awesome place!

Great stay! Just as described. Perfect location for feeling like you’re in the mountains, but close to everything, and no scary driving to get to it. Clean. Great view this time of year. (Tho maybe not as awesome if the trees had foliage?) (small negatives: Figuring out how to work the tv was a challenge with so many remotes, upstairs lamp didn’t work, pool table pockets have holes, so a ball hitting the floor can be jarring from downstairs, and the upstairs bathroom floor is stained and needs replacing, along with the crappy shower head. Seems to be missing seating in main tv area. Only seats 4.) But overall, great and I would go back tomorrow!!!

Very strange vacation

With all that is going on in the world this summer is very strange indeed. From wearing a mask to social distancing. But the place was very nice and gave us a much needed change of scenery.
