Approximately 828 square feet, this spacious One- Bedroom Deluxe Villa features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV , Coffee Maker, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, and Refrigerator.

Please Note Laurel Crest Resort Has A Shared Laundry Space, this is available for all guests.

However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Laurel Crest is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 36 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Security will have the room keys. Check-in the following day at the front desk.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was newly renovated, and all the furniture, bedding and appliances looked brand new. Our two kids loved the pool and game room, we enjoyed the hot tub! The only complaint we had is that we are used to staying in places that have basics like salt-n-pepper, sugar, maybe ketchup and other condiments and this place had none. It was more like a hotel room than an owner rental. Otherwise it was nice.

Awesome location Awesome property

We really enjoyed our stay. The one bedroom condo was plenty big enough for us. The rooms were clean and ready for us. Tub needs some culking redone. Jacuzzi tub worked great. Great location. About 1 mile off of Parkway. Very pleasant stay.

Left a day early.

The people in the unit next to us played loud music late at night and very early in the morning. We got about 4 hrs sleep. Felt it would be best to go instead of complaining.
